Rising Star Reviews helps local businesses get more 5-star reviews from happy customers, and gets private feedback from all other customers. Local business owners and managers enter a customer's name and email in the system, then the system takes care of the rest. The system emails customers, asking them to rate the business. Customers who give the business a high rating are sent to the public online review site of the business owner's choice to write a 5-star review. Customers who give the business a mid to low rating are asked for feedback instead of being sent to a public review site. The customer's feedback is then emailed to the business owner, who can make improvements to earn more 5 star reviews from similar customers in the future.
