Rise have an incredibly easy to use interface that minimizes the possibility of inputting errors (especially when compared to our previous provider). We have control over our payroll and can make changes in the blink of an eye. If we ever have a question Rise are only a phone call or live chat away. When we do need to call them, Rise have the friendliest, most helpful support team I have encountered and best of all the call is always answered promptly without having to wait on hold for a rep.
As a medical clinic we have many different and complicated payroll rules. Rise worked with us to make sure that the system was set up exactly the way we needed it making it easy for our staff to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to see staff's contact information and I like the ability to upload files to the platform for staff to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
