What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I like the ease of use of Rise Vision. It's great that different departments can have their own displays and manage them without me having to constantly oversee everything. I can set up a specific department with their own display media player, which makes things easier. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I don't like how I have to go to each sub company and share a presentation and add it to their playlist individually. I'd rather be able to send the presentations once to all sub companies simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alan Clayton of Rise Vision

Thank you for leaving us a review Tom. We appreciate it and have noted your request to share presentations between sub-companies.

"Customizable Tool, Ideal for Condo Communications"
5/5
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I find Rise Vision very customizable, which is a big plus. Having a yearly known cost is also great, and as the board, we have control over the entire screen, which I really appreciate for managing condo notices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I find that the emergency notifications for weather don't really work, which I would like to have. Also, alerts for tornados and similar situations would be nice to have, but they don't work currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey there, thanks for the review. We're so happy to hear that Rise Vision is helping keep your condo residents informed and up to date. I've passed along your feedback about the emergency alerts for weather to our product team.

What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I really like the ease of use with Rise Vision. We were able to easily train our office staff to manage displays. I appreciate that we can manage many signage TVs from a centralized location at a fair cost. The feature that lets us set playlists to run at certain times keeps the signage dynamic and relevant without needing manual changes. I also really enjoy the pre-built templates, which help us make our signage TVs look professional. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

I really wish there was an ability to get these working offline. The main improvement would be the ability to work offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hi Jorge, thanks for your 5-star review of Rise Vision! We're happy to hear that Rise Vision is helping keep your staff and students informed and that it's easy to use. Rise Vision does have offline capabilities since the media players will cache your content and continue playing should the internet cut out. What do you like best about Rise Vision?

I like that with Rise Vision, we can control what is displayed remotely, which is really helpful. It's great that I can do most of the work on my computer. The initial setup was pretty easy too; we just installed the devices where we wanted them, added them to the console, and we were good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

It doesn't work well with wireless connection so we had to wire ethernet cables to ones that had trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of its standout features is how well it allows you to organize and categorize content for different devices. Whether you're managing a single display or an entire network across multiple locations, the ability to tailor content per device is a huge advantage.

"Add pro level media to your school"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rise Vision?

The final result consistently appears professional and leaves a strong impression on viewers. Being able to update it instantly is both convenient and useful, particularly when something needs to be displayed right away. The templates and customization options make it very easy for nearly anyone to create content. The one time I used customer support it was very quick and helpful. We use it virtually every day to keep our school updated on current and upcoming events and communicate with the community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise Vision?

There isn't anything I genuinely dislike, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, it can take some effort to figure out how to customize the display settings. It would also be useful to have a separate folder for pending posts, allowing users to work ahead and prepare content in advance. Additionally, a bulk posting feature, similar to the existing bulk delete option, would be a welcome addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Jennings of Rise Vision

Hey Mindy, thanks for your review of Rise Vision. It's great to hear that digital signage keeps your school community informed. I've shared your excellent suggestions with our product team.
