I find it easy to use. They have many different pre-made slides that you can customize for your type of business. It is easy to just add a few words or your logo and it's ready to go. I was pretty lost at first never having used a program like this before. But they did reach out to me and ask me if I needed help and volunteered to walk me through things if I needed it. I also hate when a program is upgraded because I find myself looking for things that I knew where it was. But they do have a brief slide show to show you what is new when you log on after an upgrade. I really appreciate how Rise Vision simplified getting information onto our displays and put everything under one management system. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Rise Vision has been a fantastic tool for our school. I use it to display our student newscast, Spartan News, on hallway screens, and it’s been incredibly reliable.
