"Streamlined Onboarding, Saves Time and Licenses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like the role-based provisioning in Rippling because it has changed my workflow for the better. When we hire a new designer, they automatically get the right set of tools without me having to decide each time which is great. The app integrations work well with almost everything we use, granting access smoothly without needing me to handle separate admin panels. Plus, performance has been reliable even when onboarding multiple people simultaneously for big project kickoffs. Rippling also automates the more tedious tasks, saving me a lot of time, and the support was quite helpful when I was setting things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Not every tool in our stack is supported natively, and unfortunately, some of the more specialized architecture software we rely on falls into that gap. So I'm still handling those licenses manually outside the automated flow, which undercuts the 'everything in one place' promise a bit. Cost is something I don't own directly, but I'm aware the platform is not cheap for our firm, and the licenses recovery saving has been the argument I have used when our leadership questions the spend. The AI assistant has not been useful for anything I do. It is built around hashtags and questions rather than IP provisioning. So from my seat, it is essentially features I have never touched. "Streamlined HR with Rapid Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really appreciate that Rippling's employee-facing side is simple enough for our warehouse and production staff to navigate without help. This ease of use is crucial because many of them don't work at the computer regularly, and any friction would have sent them back to emailing me. Having payroll, benefits, and personal details all accessible from one login instead of scattered across separate portals removes a lot of confusion and reduces the number of tickets generated. Additionally, the system's performance holds up well even on payday, which is when everyone logs in at once to check their stuff, and that used to be exactly when our old system would crawl. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The cost side is not mine to own, but I do hear about it during budget season. It's harder to put a number on the value I see day-to-day compared to something with a clear dollar figure attached. The AI assistant does forward questions and deflect some volume but stumbles when something depends on our specific policy details. Worse, it occasionally gives an answer confident enough that the employee doesn't realize they should double-check with me, which creates a different kind of cleanup. "User-Friendly Platform with Seamless Onboarding and Valuable AI Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The sections are well-organized, everything runs smoothly, and I have never encountered any technical issues. It provides valuable insights into my contracts and finances while making time-tracking effortless. Additionally, the AI tools are highly effective at answering my questions.

From day one, the onboarding process was seamless. Whenever I do have a question, customer support is readily available. It has become an essential part of my payment workflow, helping me manage everything smoothly. It definitely provides immense value to its users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I havent found any real dowside in the system, maybe the only thing is to promote more how to use integrations with other apps, so I can get even more value from the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Payment Management, Needs More Payout Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like the payment transparency with Rippling. I can easily see when a payment was processed, the amount, and I can download a record of it instantly. The onboarding simplicity also stands out. Setting up my contractor profile, payment details, documents, and agreements was all completed within the platform, and it was all done in one session. The initial setup was well guided, nothing felt ambiguous, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I'd rate the setup experience a solid 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Withdrawal flexibility is the main one for international contractors. The payment method options depend heavily on your region, as a contractor based in Pakistan, the choices are more limited compared to what contractors in US or Europe. Wise is not supported as direct payout. Payoneer is absent as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Mobile HR Solution for Field Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I love the mobile apps. They're genuinely usable and not stripped down, which is great for our reps who need the full functionality on the go. Submitting receipts by photographing them on the spot is a huge plus compared to losing paper piles in cars. The integration with our expenses and mileage tracking is especially valuable. Our reps' mileage flows into reimbursement smoothly without manual input. The apps stay responsive rather than timing out even when our reps log in from various regions on cellular connections, which was a real concern initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Cost is where I stay cautious because our headcount is large, and per head pricing across that many reps adds up quickly. I had to demonstrate that the improvement in expense accuracy and reduced manager overhead actually justifies the cost. The AI assistant is fine for reps asking quick policy questions from the road, but anything specific to their territory or nonstandard expense situations still ends up needing a real person. So it hasn't fully taken the load off our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Offboarding, Needs Cost Justification"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I appreciate Rippling's ability to automatically revoke access across every connected system as soon as someone is marked as departed. This feature streamlines what used to be a checklist nightmare and significantly reduces the risk of security holes. I also find the audit record updates particularly valuable, as they allow me to show exactly when access was revoked without relying on memory or ticket reconstructions, which is crucial during security reviews. The breadth of app integration is impressive, reaching into even the small SaaS apps where forgotten accesses tend to linger. This app integration is what makes the system truly effective. The support during the setup phase was genuinely helpful, especially in identifying integrations we hadn't initially considered, and this level of support has turned what was an afterthought into a reason for me to renew. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The cost is the usual sticking point, since the value here is preventing a problem that's invisible until it isn't. It's genuinely hard to put a dollar figure on a security incident that didn't happen, which makes justifying the spend to our leadership a challenge. I've leaned on the audit readiness angle more than pure cost savings to make the case. Also, I wish the platform could flag assets that don't match someone's current role, like those that should've been removed after a role change months ago. Drift detection isn't there yet, so periodic manual reviews are still on me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient HR Management, Minor Challenges with Pricing and AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like how Rippling allows hourly variable schedules to fit directly into payroll without manual reconciliation, saving our small HR team a lot of time. The integration with our time tracking system has been seamless, with clock-in and clock-out data flowing directly into payroll instead of requiring manual entry from paper logs. I also appreciate that the performance has held up well, even during the busy periods at the start of the school year when we're onboarding a large batch of new educator assistants and processing many certifications and background checks simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Pricing is something we watch closely given how tight school budgets typically are, and since educator assistant headcount can fluctuate by semester, the cost structure doesn't always align as naturally as I'd like. The AI assistant hasn't been specifically useful for our needs. I wish it could automatically flag an educator assistant whose certification is approaching expiration before it becomes urgent, but right now, it still requires someone to manually review the dashboard regularly rather than it surfacing on its own. "Seamless international payments for remote workers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The speed and reliability of the withdrawals are what I like most. Being in Pakistan and working for a US company, I used to worry about payment delays, but with Rippling, the funds arrive exactly when they’re supposed to. The interface is also very clean and easy to navigate compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes the platform feels a bit 'heavy' because it has so many features and options I don't personally need as a contractor. It took me a few days to figure out exactly where every thing is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Organized Employee Onboarding Hub with Built-In Document Signing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling helps you collect information and documents from employees in an easy and organized way. It creates an information hub for them where they can also sign documents directly. Rippling also provides additional explanations for each item, which makes the completion process easier. Contracts, questionnaires, and information about payroll and taxes are all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

It's not possible to turn off notifications for individual threads, which means that if the document's completion date is incorrect, I end up receiving a lot of emails. Some documents are located in places that aren't intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling’s Integrated Platform Enabling Operational Efficiency and Scalable Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling eliminates the need to manage multiple disconnected systems by consolidating HR, payroll, IT/device management, benefits, and finance into a single, integrated platform. This unified approach ensures that once an employee is onboarded, all related processes such as payroll setup, benefits enrollment, device provisioning, and access permissions are automatically coordinated without requiring manual intervention.

For growing organizations, this integrated data model and workflow automation significantly reduce the risk of human error, improve operational efficiency, and save valuable time. It also enables smoother scalability, allowing companies to expand their workforce and operations with greater consistency, control, and ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

A common concern with Rippling is its lack of pricing transparency. Although it provides a “starting at” price, the actual cost depends on the modules selected and typically requires contacting sales for a final quote. For smaller teams with basic needs, this add-on model may lead to paying for unused features, making the overall value less clear. This uncertainty can make it harder, especially for startups or budget-conscious businesses, to determine upfront whether Rippling is a worthwhile investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
