"Seamless international payments for remote workers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The speed and reliability of the withdrawals are what I like most. Being in Pakistan and working for a US company, I used to worry about payment delays, but with Rippling, the funds arrive exactly when they’re supposed to. The interface is also very clean and easy to navigate compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes the platform feels a bit 'heavy' because it has so many features and options I don't personally need as a contractor. It took me a few days to figure out exactly where every thing is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Organized Employee Onboarding Hub with Built-In Document Signing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling helps you collect information and documents from employees in an easy and organized way. It creates an information hub for them where they can also sign documents directly. Rippling also provides additional explanations for each item, which makes the completion process easier. Contracts, questionnaires, and information about payroll and taxes are all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

It's not possible to turn off notifications for individual threads, which means that if the document's completion date is incorrect, I end up receiving a lot of emails. Some documents are located in places that aren't intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling’s Integrated Platform Enabling Operational Efficiency and Scalable Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling eliminates the need to manage multiple disconnected systems by consolidating HR, payroll, IT/device management, benefits, and finance into a single, integrated platform. This unified approach ensures that once an employee is onboarded, all related processes such as payroll setup, benefits enrollment, device provisioning, and access permissions are automatically coordinated without requiring manual intervention.

For growing organizations, this integrated data model and workflow automation significantly reduce the risk of human error, improve operational efficiency, and save valuable time. It also enables smoother scalability, allowing companies to expand their workforce and operations with greater consistency, control, and ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

A common concern with Rippling is its lack of pricing transparency. Although it provides a “starting at” price, the actual cost depends on the modules selected and typically requires contacting sales for a final quote. For smaller teams with basic needs, this add-on model may lead to paying for unused features, making the overall value less clear. This uncertainty can make it harder, especially for startups or budget-conscious businesses, to determine upfront whether Rippling is a worthwhile investment. "Reliable Internal Comms, Seamless HR Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I rely on Rippling heavily for ensuring that the right announcements, policy updates, and company news are communicated effectively to the relevant employee groups. It’s extremely helpful that this is tied directly to up-to-date organization and department data, so I don't have to maintain outdated lists manually. I like being able to segment communication by departments, location, or role using data that's already accurate. It makes targeted communication much easier than building custom lists from scratch. The integration with the rest of HR data provides real value for my role, letting me pull information from a shared source of truth. Performance has been reliable, even for company-wide announcements, with no issues of lag or failed deliveries when sending to large groups simultaneously. The setup was minimal for me, and support quickly answered my questions about audience editing, which made reaching the right employees far less error-prone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling is not a dedicated internal communication platform, so I don't get features like engagement analytics or read receipts that purpose-built communication tools might offer. I've had to accept that as a real limitation that I can't configure around. Pricing is another area where I don't have full visibility since communications are just a small part of what the platform does for the company overall. I know the broader HR team has had to justify the full cost across several departments, not just mine. The AI assistant has not been useful for hand-drafting or refining announcement copy, which is something I was hoping for, but it's not really built for that. "Reliable Compliance Management with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I genuinely trust Rippling for our use case because of its documentation and audit trails. Every access change, role update, and certification record is timestamped, allowing for easy retrieval without needing to piece together stories from different sources. The integration with our compliance training vendor works well, automating the completion data flow rather than requiring manual spreadsheet uploads, which used to be a recurring source of error. The performance in pulling historical records has also been solid, even when regulators request documentation going back several years. Generating reports doesn't take long, regardless of the volume of records involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I would like for them to improve the pricing because it's something I have limited visibility into directly. It's a negotiated item at a level above documentation control, but the compliance-specific functionality does add real cost on top of the base platform. Justifying this cost has required pinpointing specific gaps it closed rather than a general consensus that it is useful. Also, the AI assistant has not been much help for anything documentation-specific. Financial service compliance has nuances around record retention requirements, and the assistant tends to give generic answers rather than anything tailored to our actual regulatory obligation. So I still rely entirely on my own knowledge and counsel for anything important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Shift Management, Saves Hours Weekly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling has significantly organized what was once a messy process for me. Centralizing shifts and automating schedule changes have been incredibly helpful, cutting down manual errors and saving me hours each week from resolving scheduling conflicts manually. It lets me confirm staffing for events quickly without the need to chase people over calls and messages. I always know who's on the floor instead of second-guessing a spreadsheet. Shift swaps and sick calls manage themselves, so I'm not stuck on the phone trying to track people down. The automation and swaps save me hours I used to spend rebuilding schedules, as the system handles changes and informs the right people without me being the middleman. The SMS alerts are also a huge benefit during events, ensuring staff receives instant updates when schedules shift. Additionally, the initial setup for management was effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

My one complaint is how much it depends on a stable internet connection. At some of our venues, coverage can be unreliable, and when the signal drops, so does our access to live schedules. In this line of work, not knowing who's stationed where at a critical moment is more than an inconvenience, and for me that's a real weakness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable HR Tool for Everyday Employee Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

As a software employee, I’ve been using Rippling mainly to access my official documents, payslips, and handle basic HR-related tasks, and overall my experience has been very positive.

The platform is straightforward and easy to navigate. I can log in and quickly find my payslips, tax documents, and personal details without having to dig through multiple sections. Everything feels clearly organized, which saves time and reduces confusion, especially during important moments like salary credits or when documents need to be submitted.

One thing I genuinely appreciate is the consistency. I’ve rarely run into issues when accessing the system, and documents are usually updated on time. That reliability matters when you’re depending on it for salary information and official records.

That said, from an employee perspective I only use a limited set of features, so I can’t fully speak to the more advanced HR or admin functionality. Still, it would be helpful to have clearer notifications or reminders whenever new documents are uploaded.

Overall, Rippling does what I need as an employee: easy access to payslips and official records through a clean, dependable interface. It’s a practical tool for day-to-day HR needs, without adding unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While my overall experience with Rippling has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved from an employee perspective.

One of the main issues is the lack of clear notifications. At times, new payslips or documents are uploaded without a strong or noticeable alert, so I end up having to manually check the platform to see what’s new. More reliable notification and reminder options would make this much more convenient.

In addition, some parts of the platform feel limited or not very transparent for employees. For instance, the payslip view could offer clearer explanations and more detailed breakdowns, especially for anyone who wants to fully understand deductions or different salary components.

There are also moments when navigation feels a bit confusing, particularly when I’m trying to locate options I don’t use often. The core features are straightforward, but going beyond them isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

Overall, these aren’t major issues, but addressing them would improve the user experience and make the platform even more employee-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Navigation, Needs Better Login Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that Rippling is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate the site. It's really useful to be able to retrieve pay stubs promptly as soon as they're available, and smoothly navigate to check past pay stubs. I also think Rippling offers more tools to utilize compared to Paycom, which is a plus. Even though setting it up was a bit of a task at the beginning, it ultimately turned out to be a pretty smooth transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I wish that there was a better way for signing into the site. It would be great if it could remember your password or have face recognition. Adding facial recognition or being able to save your username during login would really help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is like go to stop for all the people in our company. Some event need to be organized, go to rippling and create survey. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling is good as it is. I feel there is nothing it can improve. Hmm, Maybe UI can be more colourful. I use to think that rippling login process could be more easier. By I found out it is important to keep those all steps to ensure safety Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
