"Easy Single Sign-On for Payroll, Benefits, and Trainings—Plus Fun “You’ve Been Paid” Emails"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Easy navigation and single log in for payroll, insurance, FSA, transit benefits, and HR trainings. A little detail but I also love the animations on the 'you've been paid' emails that give me a little giggle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Would be nice if un-used parts of the site could be hidden by my admin (for example we don't do PTO on rippling but the 'my time' tab is still on my profile, empty). 'Favorites' isn't useful to me, you don't seem to be able to favorite FSA or Commuter which would be ones I'd like easiest access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency in One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like most about Rippling is its ability to bring HR, IT, and Finance together in a single platform. Instead of companies managing separate tools for payroll, benefits, device management, and employee data, Rippling connects everything through one system powered by a unified employee database. That approach not only reduces administrative work but also makes processes faster, more accurate, and easier to automate.

I’m especially impressed by how Rippling uses automation and integrations to simplify complex workflows, like onboarding a new employee across payroll, benefits, and device provisioning in just a few clicks. It shows a strong focus on efficiency and user experience, which is something I really value in modern workplace tools.

Overall, Rippling stands out to me because it doesn’t just offer individual HR or IT products—it rethinks how companies manage their workforce by creating a truly connected platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While Rippling offers a powerful all-in-one platform, some downsides include higher costs as additional modules are added, a potentially longer setup process, and occasional delays in customer support. Some integrations and advanced customization features may also be limited compared to specialized tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Payroll and Scheduling, But Limited AI Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I am really enjoy with the interface that handles our mixed workforce well. Switching between viewing warehouse shift schedules and standard office hours doesn't feel disjoint, which I wasn't sure would be the case given how different those two group schedules are. The integration with our time tracking system at the warehouse level has been really strong, with clock-in and clock-out data feeding directly into payroll without someone having to manually enter hours from a separate system. The performance has held up well, even during peak seasons when overtime volume spikes across multiple warehouse locations, and payroll processing hasn't slowed down or thrown errors during those critical periods. The support was patient while working through the location-specific configuration, which was vital since the logistic scheduling isn't as straightforward as a single location office setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I find the pricing hard to justify, especially with how much our headcount and overtime hours fluctuate seasonally. Our costs during peak shipping season look very different from our slower months, and the platform's pricing structure doesn't flex with that kind of variability. Also, the AI assistant hasn't been very helpful for warehouse-specific questions. Employees asking about shift differential or overtime eligibility at specific locations often get generic answers instead of details tied to our actual scheduling rules. So those questions still end up with our HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly but Dashboard Needs Clarity"
4/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like the interface of Rippling. It's very user-friendly and everything is easy to navigate. I find the inbox notifications, especially when I get paid, very helpful. The user interface also looks really good, with amazing graphic design and cute animations that add a nice touch. Compared to my previous workplace where I just got standard emails, Rippling provides nice notifications with little characters that pop up, making each notification a bit different. It's just a really nice finishing touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I find the dashboard layout a bit confusing, especially when trying to determine which days are paid versus unpaid. The presentation order on the dashboard can be confusing, and I have to individually click each one. I think it would be better if paid and unpaid days were in two separate areas. "Streamlined HR/IT for Fast-Growing Fintech QA Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The all-in-one dashboard for HR, payroll, IT, and performance reviews—automates onboarding and device management, saving hours on manual tasks.

Users rave about the integrations (e.g., 15Five for reviews) and the mobile access for time-off requests and paystubs, which is especially helpful for remote QA teams.

In fintech, it also handles global compliance seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The mobile app feels limited—there’s no time clock or ability to add timesheet comments, which ends up pushing me back to the desktop.

Support can lag when dealing with more complex configurations, although the chatbot does help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The interface makes it easy to use and navigate. It’s simple to spot important information quickly, and there’s a wide range of options and features to choose from. The onboarding process was straightforward, and I didn’t have to reach out for any additional training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

It’s pretty simple to use, but it could offer better services to truly feel like a complete one-stop shop for HR tasks. Performance is also a bit lacking, especially when it comes to AI integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling Keeps Payroll, HR, and Device Management Seamlessly in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling makes a lot of day-to-day work easier by keeping everything in one place. I really like how smooth the platform feels for managing HR, payroll, and employee information without switching between multiple tools. The automation features save a lot of manual effort, and the UI is clean and simple to understand even for new users. It also helps a lot with onboarding and managing employees quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes Rippling feels a little confusing because there are too many options and settings inside the platform. Few things take time to understand properly in the beginning. Also, support response can be slow at times when there is an urgent issue. Apart from that, pricing feels a bit expensive if you are using multiple features together. "Comprehensive HR Solution with Elegant UX, But Pricey for Startups"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that Rippling is a complete solution and its UX is simple and elegant. The UX isn't clunky like Workday's, yet it is as complete. It addresses some difficult product issues really well, like time-off configurations. Rippling covers nearly every HR and HR-adjacent function, making it my go-to HRIS platform. The integration with Google Workspace is also appreciated. The initial setup was very easy, and even though there were tough configurations, the UX provided prompting and relevant context, making the implementation smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Cost. For a two person startup bootstrapped with self-funding, Rippling is expensive! I wish they offered higher discounts for smaller companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Performance Review and Payroll Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like is being able to see real-time completion across the whole firm without having to build a tracker myself, which saves me a lot of time. Chasing managers is now more targeted rather than blanket. The compensation changes connect straight through to payroll, closing the gap where errors used to appear because someone typing a new salary into a second system was always a risk. Performance held up during our cycle, even with the whole firm submitting in the same narrow window, which is exactly when I would expect something to buckle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Things that could be improved include the review templates, which are less flexible than I would like. Our firm uses different evaluation criteria for client-facing versus support roles, making it not straightforward to configure. Costs get scrutinized every renewal, and while I can articulate the term saving clearly, converting that into a figure that's certified by finance takes effort each time. The AI assistant contributes nothing to this part of my work, and I would genuinely value support for inconsistent rating patterns across managers, which is a real fairness issue I currently have to catch manually. "Effortless HR Management with Rippling"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like the one on one report feature with my direct manager that integrates with Google Meets, making it easy to update and integrate notes with Rippling. The calendar setup is great for scheduling time off, and I can delegate requests to my direct manager or director. I appreciate being able to view paycheck stubs and do direct deposits. It's cool to adjust bank account info on the fly, including the percentage that goes into my bank, and I can add multiple bank accounts. The initial setup was very simple, as it prompted me for the next steps after typing in my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I don't really have anything that negative to say about Rippling, but I think the visual aesthetics could use a refresh. Or maybe even an app for mobile would be pretty cool to access everything that you have on desktop. That would be my only recommendation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
