"Rippling Unifies HR, IT, Payroll, and Devices for “Powerful All-in-One Platform for IT operations""
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how it brings HR, IT, payroll, and device management into a single platform, making operations much more efficient and connected. The ability to automate employee onboarding, app access, payroll, and compliance from one system stands out because it reduces manual effort and improves accuracy. I also appreciate the company’s fast-paced and innovation-driven culture, where technology is used to solve real operational challenges at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One area where Rippling could improve is the learning curve that comes with having so many features and workflows in a single platform. While the all-in-one approach is powerful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users or teams during initial setup and onboarding. In some cases, customization and troubleshooting may also require more technical understanding than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consolidated Our Processes But Challenging Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Once we got past the migration mess, Rippling's consolidation itself became valuable as everything about our employees lives in one place now rather than scattered across different systems. So when we change something about ourselves, it doesn't create conflict between different records. The employee self-service site means we can update our own information without having to connect with HR. We stopped spending time on data entry for changes that we could handle ourselves. The audit logs show us who changed what and when, which helped when we realized we needed to document some phases during migration. Moreover, their team was supportive in working through reconciliation issues with our legacy data, and once live, the day-to-day operations ran smoothly, with people picking it up easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The migration itself was grueling, and I feel they could have warned us more clearly upfront that cleaning up data would be most of the project, rather than just flipping a switch. The cost of doing this data cleanup project was time I had not budgeted for. While it was necessary, it felt like the system profited from the fact that we had been sloppy. "PJ: Outstanding Rippling Customer Service Made Onboarding Bearable"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The best part of Rippling is the customer service. Literally, Purusharth Jain, he made the entire onboarding experience bearable. However, we may have driven him a bit crazy with our delayed start dates, he helped us for months as we are a start up business. Thank you PJ for being such a fantastic mentor and the great patience you displayed with Brad & I.

We miss you already, that's the worst part of full onboarding, losing the mentor that get's you through the orientation of Rippling. Anyway, thanks again Purusharth! -- JoAnn (Tissue & Cell Technologies) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I don't like that the employees and contractors have to be set up on two separate payrolls. I would have liked a small payroll with a mix of both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Customization, Automated Compliance, and Detailed Onboarding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling offers highly flexible customization, which is especially useful when scaling a team where things don’t always fit a strict template and you end up managing various one-off deals. On top of that, the automated compliance features are extremely helpful for remote companies with team members spread across many states and countries.

The onboarding process was highly detailed, and we had support at every step of the way. This was invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling pitched automated account provisioning to us, and it does help with that, but there are several tools it either can’t provision at all or can’t provision correctly. For example, with ClickUp, you need a higher-level ClickUp premium plan for account provisioning to work. With HubSpot, Rippling only provisions view-only seats, so you still have to go in manually afterward to adjust permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engineering-Driven Automation with Rapid Innovation and Real Impact"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I’m also drawn to the company’s focus on automation and operational efficiency. Rippling solves messy, real-world business problems at scale, and the product feels very engineering-driven and execution-focused. The pace of innovation and the ownership culture are especially appealing because they create opportunities to learn quickly and make a measurable impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One concern people commonly raise about Rippling

is the intensity of the work culture. Multiple employee reviews describe a very high-performance environment with aggressive expectations, fast execution cycles, and long hours.

Another recurring criticism is that the company can prioritize speed and growth over process maturity. Some employees mention unclear communication, shifting priorities, and pressure to deliver quickly, which can create stress or technical debt as the company scales. "Clean, Fast All-in-One Hub for Payslips, Leave, Apps, and Device Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like most about it as an employee is how easy it is to access everything in one place—from payslips and leave requests to company apps and device management. The interface feels clean and fast, and it saves me time compared with having to use multiple separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One thing I dislike is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, since the platform offers so many options and settings. Occasionally, certain pages also take a little longer to load, especially when I’m managing multiple tasks at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Platform with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I use Rippling for time recording and payments, and I appreciate having two options in one place. Hour calculations are easy, and payment options are a big plus. I find the feature that allows keeping money in the wallet for 400 days awesome and very helpful for employees. It was a hassle in Screenish to manually adjust hours, especially at the agent level, but it's easy to manage with Rippling. Also, the initial setup was straightforward as it involved uploading data using CSV files, which I heard was quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

There are a few things that could be improved with Rippling. When we approve hour change requests for direct reportees, we often need to wait a long time, and sometimes the request doesn't get approved at all. Once a request is approved, we have to manually refresh the page to see if it's done, which is a hassle. Additionally, if a representative exceeds their hours by more than 24, the request to update hours doesn't work. It would be great if there was an automatic page refresh and an error notification for both the requester and the approver in such cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined HR Tasks with Impressive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I use Rippling primarily for attendance and leave management, which are really convenient. The auto-generated Form 16 is another fantastic feature, as it helps me file my income tax directly on the website without any hesitation. Additionally, we switched from ADP Workforce Management to Rippling because it offers more features with a high-quality and secure platform. The initial setup was very easy, taking only a few steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes the session gets logged out earlier while I'm still on the page, and it shows pending task notifications but when I open the portal, it shows nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Room for UI Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like using Rippling because it's very easy to use and pretty straightforward. Even if Rippling wasn't really taught to anyone, you'll be able to easily navigate it. Checking my schedule for the week is very helpful and useful. Setting up Rippling is very easy, one of the easiest tools I've encountered. You don't have to be tech-savvy to set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I would love if Rippling could provide a more lively interface. Right now, it just has one or two colors. It would be best if we add more icons to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A clean and centralized platform for managing core HR workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that Rippling brings several HR processes into a single platform. It is easy to navigate, the user experience is straightforward, and it helps keep employee-related information and workflows organized. For a business user, having everything available in one place makes daily HR tasks faster and less fragmented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The main downside is that the platform can feel a bit broad at first, especially because it includes many modules and options. Some settings or workflows may require a short learning curve before becoming fully comfortable. In some areas, more contextual guidance or clearer explanations inside the interface would make the experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
