"Payroll and benefits in one place, easy to use day to day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Everything I need as an employee lives in one place. Pay stubs and tax documents are easy to find, and I don't have to dig through email to figure out what I was paid or when. Benefits enrollment is straightforward — the plan options are laid out clearly enough that I can compare them without needing HR to walk me through it. Requesting PTO takes a few clicks and I can see my balance and where the request stands without following up with anyone. The interface is clean and I've never had a payroll issue, which is the part that matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The email notifications are the main thing. I get more of them than I need, and some are vague enough that I have to log in to figure out whether they actually require action from me. Better grouping of notifications, or more granular control over which ones I receive, would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and User Friendly HR Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is its ability to centralize multiple HR and employee management functions into a single, well organized platform. Features such as leave management, payroll access, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee information updates are easy to access and help simplify day to day tasks for both employees and HR teams. The platform has improved workflow efficiency by reducing the need for multiple systems and minimizing manual follow ups for routine processes. I also appreciate how smoothly Rippling supports coordination between HR, IT, and employees, especially during onboarding and operational activities. Another valuable benefit is the automation capability, which helps reduce repetitive administrative work and improves overall productivity. The interface is clean and user friendly, making it convenient to quickly find important information and complete tasks efficiently. Overall, Rippling provides a professional and streamlined experience that improves communication, operational management, and employee convenience across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I do not have any major concerns about Rippling, as the platform is generally well organized, efficient, and user friendly. One area that could be improved is the onboarding experience for new or first time users. Some features and settings may take time to fully understand initially, especially for users unfamiliar with the platform. Providing more in platform guidance, tutorials, or step by step walkthroughs would help users navigate features more confidently and improve the overall learning experience. "Great software, slow support, but worth it for the time saved"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

When you hire someone, you just type their name in once, and Rippling automatically sets up their payroll, invites them to company apps like Slack, and even ships a pre-configured laptop to their house. When they leave, one click instantly cuts off their access to everything to keep your data safe. By tying HR, IT, and finance together, it turns days of tedious paperwork and copy-pasting into a few simple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

it is expensive, and you only get your money's worth if you buy into their whole system and the customer support is also very slow heavily relying on email tickets rather than letting you quickly jump on the phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized and Efficient Platform for Hiring and Employee Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how organized and efficient the platform is. It makes recruiting, onboarding, approvals, and employee management much easier to manage in one place.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how it helps teams move quickly during hiring and operational growth. The workflows are smooth, collaborative, and save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One downside is that some workflows and approvals can sometimes feel difficult to track when multiple departments are involved. It can occasionally create confusion regarding ownership or next steps.

However overall, the platform is very efficient and continues to improve collaboration and organization across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Onboarding, Needs Better Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like how Rippling simplifies the daily running of our busy clinic by allowing me to arrange payroll, benefits, and system access for new hires all at once, instead of running after paperwork across different departments. This one-stop approach cuts down on administrative time and prevents payroll slip-ups that cropped up when managing everything separately. I appreciate having everything under one roof, handling these processes from a single place rather than switching between systems. The support team played a crucial role during our initial setup, guiding me through seamlessly. Even colleagues not fond of technology find navigating the interface easy. Automating routine tasks takes a load off my plate and reduces errors in payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The reporting section leaves me wanting more. The data is solid, but when I need to segment it or dig into finer detail, the flexibility simply is not there. For someone who relies on clear breakdowns to plan ahead, that shortfall stands out, and I would welcome deeper analysis options. What would serve me best is the ability to segment payroll and benefits data by finer categories, such as role, employment type, or department, so I can compare costs across clinical and administrative staff and spot trends without exporting everything to a spreadsheet to rework it by hand. "Rippling’s Unified HR, IT & Finance Platform Saves Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is a powerhouse platform that seamlessly unifies HR, IT, and Finance into a single, intuitive source of truth, effortlessly connecting with your entire software ecosystem through robust third-party integrations. By consolidating automated payroll, app provisioning, and device management, it completely eliminates disconnected systems and hours of manual work. Backed by a sleek UI/UX, rapid onboarding automation, and smart AI insights, it delivers a high-performance experience that maximizes daily operational efficiency and drives exceptional ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While Rippling is a powerful platform, its main drawbacks stem from the hidden complexities of its all-in-one design. Its modular, à la carte pricing model can quickly become expensive as you scale and add features, especially since you are locked into a mandatory one-year contract with little upfront pricing transparency. Additionally, navigating the initial AI chatbot for customer support can be highly frustrating, occasionally resulting in unexpected resolution delays for technical or specific payroll issues. Finally, the system can suffer from occasional slow loading times during peak payroll cycles, and the massive density of its interconnected features can make the interface feel overwhelming for smaller teams. "Simplifies International Payments Seamlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I find Rippling incredibly helpful for making foreign payments smooth and straightforward, especially since my company is in the USA and I'm in Mexico. It's simple and secure, and what stands out the most is how user-friendly it is. Rippling notifies me about payment status, and entering my hours or time is displayed clearly. I appreciate how the terms of service are right there, and it ensures payments happen as they should. It's great for both business and simple users like me. Additionally, I can use it on my phone with just an email verification, so I'm glad it's not restricted to my computer. Compared to PayPal, Rippling feels better, especially for companies that have to pay big fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I wish there was a guide or walk-in tutorial for beginners. Other than that, it's great, but I noticed the page is updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined User Experience with Effective Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is really good at immediate information gathering and offers an overall intuitive user experience, allowing me to find things I'm looking for without many barriers. The simple interface, compared to other HR systems, makes Rippling stand out. I also appreciate the integrations, like the ability to automatically provision Salesforce licenses for new joiners and access other points in the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes getting into the time off for a given employee is difficult and takes a lot of different steps. I also sometimes get confused as an admin if I'm looking at the admin or user account. But these are small issues, and I tend to figure them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling: Streamlining HR, IT and Security through Intelligent Automation."
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling's biggest strength is its ability to unify HR, IT Payroll and identity management into a single, easy to use platform. The automation capabilities significantly reduce manual work, especially during onboarding and offboarding, while ensuring employees have the right access from day one. I particularly appreciate the strong security features including Single Sign On (SSO) Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and automated access provisioning. The ability to automatically manage access to business applications has been especially valuable for maintaining compliance and reducing administrative effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling is a powerful and feature-rich platform, but the extensive functionality can occasionally result in a learning curve for new administrators. Some advanced workflows and reporting capabilities could offer more customization options, and navigating certain settings may take time initially. However, these are minor concerns, and the platform's automation, security features, integrations, and ease of managing HR and IT operations far outweigh any drawbacks.
