"Efficient Payment Tracking, Needs MFA Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I like how Rippling allows me to track my payment status and provides clarity on which team I am under. It's helpful to see when my payment has been processed and how long it will take to reflect in my main bank account. The ability to easily download payslips is also a plus. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Honestly, the MFA for logging into Rippling is troublesome, especially the Google Authenticator one when logging in. It disrupts my login procedure and does not let me stay logged in on my primary and secondary devices. It needs to be changed and made more user-friendly. Also, initially, the setup was very easy, but later on, when I lost my authenticator downloadable code, I had to reach out to the admin for that. That is troublesome. We need some super easy re-login procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable all-in-one HR, payroll, benefits, and onboarding hub"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling centralizes many important employee workflows in one place. I especially appreciate having payroll, benefits, org chart, onboarding, and training access all connected through the same system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I don’t have a major complaint. Like any broad platform, there can be a lot inside the system, so it may take a little time for new employees to learn where everything lives. But once you know where to go, it is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rippling Makes Payroll and Workforce Management Seamless and Stress-Free"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

We’ve had an excellent experience using Rippling for payroll and workforce management. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and streamlined, making payroll processing simple and stress-free. What stands out most is how seamlessly Rippling integrates payroll, benefits, onboarding, time tracking, and HR functions all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The platform is powerful and highly customizable, but setting up workflows, permissions, and automations was overwhelming initially for someone without experience. However, the few challenges I faced on the first setup attempt were immediately resolved by attentive staff who walked me through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Unified HR & IAM Platform, Needs Targeted GDPR Tooling"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I assess Rippling for German mid-market industrial clients looking to bring HR, identity provisioning and workforce operations together. Its unified employee graph is the standout feature, connecting personnel records directly to IT access lifecycles. Offboarding automatically revokes system permissions, cutting prolonged access risks we frequently flag in GDPR reviews. Staff promotions or team moves trigger immediate permission updates, delivering traceable evidence for least-privilege governance that’s tough to achieve with disjointed HR and IAM tools. Setting up core employee profiles and access automation is also reasonably approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

There is no native support for configurable GDPR retention rules to auto-archive or delete employee data after employment ends. Pulling together all records for data subject requests requires manual hunting, with no standardized export sets for audit evidence. Audit log filtering functionality is limited, and there are no pre-built templates aligned with German local compliance requirements. Our team has to build separate external processes to manage retention timelines and document data transfer flows before clients migrate sensitive personnel information. "Rippling HR Easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The interface is really easy to use and straightforward to understand, and it does a good job breaking down my pay and keeping tasks and forms clear when they get assigned. Having payroll, benefits, time off, and app access all in one place means I'm not bouncing between different tools or entering the same info twice. It's also fast and I've never had it go down on me when I needed to get something submitted on time. Cost wise it replaces a few separate subscriptions and saves a lot of admin work, so it's been worth what we pay. Setup was smooth and support has been quick to respond with actual answers when I've needed help. The automations handle a lot of the repetitive stuff like approvals and reminders so nobody has to stay on top of it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Nothing really to complain about. The paycheck breakdown is clear and easy to understand and I haven't run into issues with the product. If anything, there's a lot packed into the platform so it takes a little time to learn where everything lives, and pricing scales as you add modules, but neither has been a real problem for us. "Centralized, User-Friendly HR Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

I use Rippling primarily for managing employee information, time off requests, payroll, and overtime approvals. It provides a convenient way to keep everything organized in one place and makes team-related administrative work easier. Rippling simplifies and centralizes our day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, making it easier to manage employee information, track time-off requests, handle overtime approvals, and access payroll details all in one place. I like that Rippling brings multiple HR and employee management functions into one platform. It's easy to use, keeps information organized, and makes tasks like time off approvals and payroll management more convenient, saving time and making team management more efficient. I especially like how easy it is to navigate and how quickly I can access information I need. The centralized platform makes it convenient to manage employee-related tasks, and the clear approval workflows help keep things organized and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I find it challenging to understand and track certain payroll and overtime details. I also think it would be helpful to have clearer notifications and status updates for pending approvals and changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Makes Admin Tasks Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how easy and intuitive it is to use. I rarely have to spend time figuring out where something lives or how to complete a task, which is especially helpful for things I only need to access occasionally. I also really like that there is both a web app and a mobile app, so I can quickly check information or take care of something without needing to be at my computer.

One feature I particularly like is the Talent Flow experience for interviews. Being able to input candidate feedback directly after an interview makes the process really straightforward. The questions and structure make it easy to organize my thoughts while the conversation is still fresh, and it saves me from having to send feedback separately or remember to document it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

There honestly isn’t much that I dislike about Rippling, but there are a couple of small things I think could improve the experience. The biggest one for me would be having more visibility into my upcoming paycheck before payday. I can easily see my salary, previous paychecks, deductions, taxes, commissions, and year-to-date earnings, but I would love to be able to see an estimated or finalized upcoming paycheck ahead of time as well. That would make it even easier to understand what to expect, especially when compensation can vary because of commissions.

The other thing is very minor, but I’ve noticed that the “You got paid!” email usually arrives several hours after the money has actually hit my account. It doesn’t cause any real issue, but the timing always feels a little strange since by the time I receive the notification, I already know I’ve been paid. It would be nice if that notification were more closely aligned with when the payment is actually processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined our entire onboarding process"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling?

The Interface is really intuitive and our team picked it up immediately without much training. We have cut down on manual admin work significantly, and payroll processing has become way less stressful. Everything is in one place now instead of juggling multiple tools. The way it connects all our HR and Payroll data saves us hours every month, and the automation features just work without constant tweaking. It's genuinely user-friendly. Employees can find what they need on their own, and it's reduced support tickets for us. Plus, updates and new features actually feel useful rather than just added complexity. We have seen real efficiency gains across the board. Onboarding new hires is faster, employee data is organized and the system handles our compliance requirements without us loosing sleep over it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The initial setup required more configuration than we anticipated. While it's powerful, some features have a learning curve, and we'd appreciate more intuitive defaults for smaller teams. Support is responsive but documentation could be more detailed. Nothing major, but the interface could be more streamlined in a few areas. We have had to work through some workflows that are not quite as self-explanatory as we'd hoped. The good outweighs any minor frustrations though. Onboarding new users takes longer than it should, an some reports require more customization than expected. Like any enterprise software there is a learning curve. A few features feel over engineered but for what we use it for it delivers solid value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
