In the payroll platform, it would be a huge help if we could rearrange the data columns. As it is now, it leads to a lot of unnecessary scrolling and makes it harder to view what I need at a glance. I also wish there were integrations with more background check providers. On top of that, an integration with Bullhorn would be a game changer for staffing clients. What I like best about Rippling is how everything lives in one platform — payroll, benefits, device management, and app provisioning all connect seamlessly. The onboarding workflows are a huge time-saver: when a new hire is added, accounts, payroll, and even hardware assignments are triggered automatically, which used to take us hours of manual coordination across different tools. Support response times can feel slow for non-critical issues, and I’m often routed through chat or help articles before I can reach a real person. For a platform handling something as sensitive as payroll, quicker access to human support would make the experience much better. There are a lot of things about Rippling that are “great,” but what really sold me was how easy it is to have every part of the HRIS in one platform. Because it uses a native programming language, each part of the system can “speak to” the others, which creates a seamless user experience. You can see this everywhere, from reporting to something as simple as resetting passwords. With past platforms, we ran into constant issues getting certain pieces of data to work together, and it ended up wasting a lot of our time. Rippling feels like a much better way to move forward. I'm still learning a lot about the system, but every day I find a new feature that is more exciting than the previous. I just found an HR Ticketing System in the App Creation Lab, and this was something we were preparing to purchase as a standalone software, but now we can use Rippling to track employee issues/questions, and how we're responding as a team! So far, the most annoying part of Rippling is the ads. My entire life seems like it's made up of advertisements, and I was hoping not to see those in Rippling, but I've started to notice that almost every time I login, there's a new banner ad for a different Rippling feature. I'm not opposed to learning about the ways we can enhance our system, but putting an ad right in the front and center of the platform is not something I'm thrilled about, and my employees are not going to want to see that, either. I'm hoping I can have that removed and will be reaching out to our support person to see about that soon. Other than that, I'm really happy! What I like best about Rippling is how simple and organized it feels. Since it brings everything together in one place, it makes it easier to access work-related information without searching through multiple systems. I also like that it feels more modern and user-friendly, which helps make the transition from UKG a little smoother. What I dislike about Rippling so far is mainly the adjustment period. Since it is replacing UKG, it takes a little time to get used to where everything is and how to navigate the new system. Some features may not feel familiar right away, but I think that will improve with more use and training. I like how clean and efficient Rippling is. Ever since I started using it, it has completely changed the game in payroll. No software has the same capabilities with the smooth and easy to use interface. Rippling is in a league of their own with easy integrations and overall strong performance compared to every competitor. Their pricing they also win with and have a great staff to make sure it gets handled correctly with onboarding. I do not dive much into their AI intelligence but I know they make sure they have every capability for their users. As far as what I dislike, I really don't have much to say. I truly enjoy their platform and I think it is the best on the market. Sometimes with the authentication I may get stuck there for a second. But overall I am smoothly able to get onto rippling and am able to check my pay stubs and W2's with ease. I love how easy to use the MY BENEFITS tab is, especially the FSA feature. I can submit a claim in less than 5 minutes which is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only feature that I think needs improvement is the MY PAY feature. When you click on the pay period, the type is so small it's unreadable and you cannot zoom in to see important pay breakdowns or other key details unless you download the PDF. I love how broad Rippling is, it covers payroll, benefits, time tracking, reporting, and company policies. It really fills the gaps and I love that you can add a new tool to your subscription at any point within your contract. So you can start small with just payroll and time tracking, then you could add in benefits management, and so on and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I've found that I don't love is that the amount of seats you sign up for at the beginning of the contract term is the lowest amount of seats you can have. This makes managing staff, time off, payroll, and taxes very easy. As an individual, I can manage my own time off, review my tax deductions, and see where I am year to date. Rippling takes a little getting used to. I’ve had difficulty setting up my bank accounts and designating funds to be direct-deposited into different accounts. Super quick and easy to use, improving my workflow. It's also very user friendly. Support is great, I get assistance quickly every time I need it. Integrates well into my workflow. Performance and reliability is great which is perfect for me as my schedule is rather busy and I need things to work smoothly.. I don't know what the program's price is but its definitely worth it whatever the cost is. I haven't used any of the AI or intelligence features yet but I'm glad to know they're there waiting for me when I need them. The smart way it calculates my hours and the easy to view shifts make checking so efficient, and it has downloadable shift entry logs - I love that. I'm pretty new to the system but its been easy to learn so far and I am discovering new features everyday. We've been using it for Multi-Country Payroll, Payroll, and Core HR so it covers everything! What I like most about Rippling is the customer service and the platform itself. It's a close tie. The platform is very easy to use, and the icons are great, making it pretty self-explanatory. I was able to teach myself a lot of it. On top of this, the customer service has been amazing. I love that there is a question mark that lets you ask a chatbot at any time, day or night, and you get an automatic answer. It even leads you to video links on how to do something. If that doesn't work, it also gives me the option to talk to a live person through a Zoom call. The customer service aspect is outstanding, especially my benefits adviser or account manager and my Rippling account manager, who have been phenomenal in responding and answering any of my questions very timely.
