The System seems archaic. There are far too many reporting options being dumped on your lap. You cannot even look at a report until after you download the entire document which is extremely frustrating. There are service tabs on my Dashboard that we do not purchase. When booking time off I always have to navigate through this stage: "Review approval delegation during leave. If you’d like, you can designate team members who can approve requests that are sent to you while you’re away.". Saved report templates for the extracts we pull repeatedly would spare me rebuilding the same view from scratch, and a clearer way to filter historical records by location and date range, rather than working through several layers of options, would make retrieval far quicker when someone needs a document at short notice.
