**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really enjoyed the medical insurance interface. It was quite nice. I appreciated the benefits and how easy it was to select options, along with the transparency of the pricing. This allowed me to choose what worked best for me, and I think Rippling did a good job of simplifying this process. Rippling's user experience stands out compared to my previous experiences, where I had to deal with a lot of paperwork and spend hours figuring out costs. With Rippling, it was just so easy to choose the option I wanted. From an employee standpoint, the setup was really easy. The surveys were clear, and I appreciated having the option to hover over questions for more information, which helped me answer them better.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the paystub interface could be improved. I would like a pie chart of my total paycheck broken into take home, taxes, and other deductions

I use Rippling for payroll, managing benefits like health and dental insurance, and tracking paid time off.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like Rippling because of the continued support even after initial implementation, which makes it feel like we weren't just a sales pitch and then forgotten once we signed the contract. The continued support definitely encouraged us to upgrade to HR. Whenever we have an issue or additional need, reaching out to someone on the Rippling team feels very different compared to dealing with customer support from other software platforms.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Implementation is so helpful but I do feel like I wish there was a next step. Like a class or webinars if you will where we could expand our knowledge with the platform and really use every part that’s available. Initial setup was a bit daunting. Especially for payroll.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling keeps all our HR items centralized, eliminating the need for an in-house HR specialist. The ongoing support after implementation is excellent, making us feel valued beyond just a sales pitch, and it prompted our upgrade to HR.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate Rippling's unified data model. Once a person is in Rippling, every system—payroll, benefits, IT, expenses—reads from the same source. I find the automated provisioning and deprovisioning of apps based on department or role genuinely useful. I also like the breadth of integrations that cover most tools we use day to day. The UI is clean for both employees and admins. When a new engineer joins, with one click they get access to all necessary tools with the right group memberships, and the same ease applies to offboarding employees. This streamlined process saves a lot of manual work for IT. Rippling's app marketplace covers most of what we need, reducing the need for custom development.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The breadth means there's a learning curve when you want to use any module fully. Configuring custom workflows or approval chains can require digging through several screens. Pricing is structured per module and per employee, so the cost can creep up as you add more capabilities. Customer support response times have also been hit or miss in our experience, sometimes great, sometimes slow. On pricing, every additional module (Time, Expenses, Learning, Recruiting, etc.) is sold as an add-on, so what looks like a great base price grows quickly when you actually want the full HRIS plus IT plus Finance experience. On support, simple tickets like updating a benefits document have been resolved fast, but more complex issues like a payroll edge case or a custom integration question have sometimes taken several days and back and forth, which is frustrating when payroll is near.

Rippling unifies HR, IT, and finance, automating workflows for onboarding and offboarding, saving time and reducing errors. It centralizes employee data for consistent access and simplifies app provisioning and deprovisioning. We rely on this for reliable integration across our tools.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that the pricing of Rippling is really reasonable for the entry-level package, and I appreciate being able to add on only what I need instead of buying into a full package that I don't fully use. The workflows are another feature I really value because they automate tasks and simplify processes. It's straightforward to create custom workflows with simple Boolean searches, which I find quite efficient. I also appreciate their solid customer service, where I can chat, call, or email for detailed guidance. The software's intuitive nature makes it simple for both administrators and employees, with a minimal learning curve. Rippling's employee data-based build makes updating seamless and smooth across the system, avoiding issues that often arise with updates in other systems. This simplicity reduces our administrative costs. Additionally, Rippling's data model ensures that system updates don’t disrupt existing functions, which I find really nice. The integration with Outlook calendars and Slack makes scheduling easier and reduces the hassle of updating multiple systems. I also found the initial setup straightforward, aided by a helpful rep and clear instructions, which allowed me to set up the system largely on my own.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think it's really the fact that it is still a new software. There are parts of it that don't quite integrate as we would want. We are too small to do an integration with our flex, so we had to make a few manual workarounds because there are just some integrations that don't quite work yet. I don't think that's a forever thing, but it's these kinds of partnerships and integrations that are always a work in progress.

Rippling is intuitive with a small learning curve, reducing admin costs and easing employee usage. It uses employee instead of payroll data, ensuring seamless updates. The solid data model means updates do not disrupt the platform, unlike other systems, enhancing our administrative efficiency.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is very easy to use and keeps everything in one place. I especially like that HR, payroll, and onboarding are all connected, which saves a lot of time and reduces back-and-forth. The interface feels clean and straightforward, and the automation features help cut down on manual work. It also integrates well with other tools we use, which makes our overall workflow smoother. Overall, it has made managing day-to-day tasks much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

At times, the UI feels a bit overwhelming because so many features are packed into one place. Some integrations also take a while to set up correctly, and occasional delays or minor glitches can impact overall performance. Pricing can be on the high side for smaller teams as well. I’d also find it helpful if the onboarding guidance were clearer and if support responses were more detailed. The AI features are useful, but they could be more advanced and offer more customization.

Before Rippling, we relied on separate tools for HR, payroll, and onboarding, which made the process time-consuming and often confusing. Now everything is centralized in one place, and that has made it much easier to manage day-to-day tasks. Automation has reduced a lot of the manual work and helped improve accuracy. The integrations also keep our systems connected, and the platform runs smoothly overall. As a result, we’ve saved time, improved efficiency, and made onboarding faster, with better support throughout the process.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I think the Rippling interface is very easy to use and very intuitive, so you don't need much training to be able to use it. You can simply log into the app or the website itself and navigate, learning very quickly how to use it. The platform also makes it more accessible to justify the expenses of my corporate card and makes it easier to manage my vacations and hours. All of this makes managing everything easier compared to other methods.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the app does not include all the features that the website has. The app ends up being very simple in terms of functionalities and options. There are things that you can only manage to resolve through the mobile browser, or even by using a computer, to solve something that could be done in the app.

I think Rippling is a very easy-to-use platform, it makes it easier to justify my corporate card expenses and makes managing my vacations and hours much easier than other forms of management.

I find Rippling very easy to use, especially for requesting time off and receiving a response. It's just like a very easy portal, which I really appreciate. It's super quick to access, and once I'm signed in, I can get whatever I need done swiftly. I love that I can simply put in my time off request and get a notice once my boss approves it. I also find it straightforward to check how much time I have left. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. I received an email from HR, and it was simple to access the website and create my account without any issues.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

My favorite part of Rippling is how it combines multiple services and apps into one UI. I can check my paystub, get my tax forms, or request PTO with one click. The automated onboarding made for a seamless transition for my team. It also easily integrates with the software we use and all of this comes at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The only downside is sometimes the interface can be a bit overwhelming and it can be hard to find exactly what I am looking for. A more intuitive system of organization and better search functions would improve the overall user experience and performance. The AI features aren't as helpful and providing preset prompts or queries would be more efficient.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is making the onboarding process easy and seamless for new employees. Rippling offers a step by step tutorial for all new employees guiding them through the process of filling in information, uploading documents and navigating the dashboard. This saves our team a lot of time and money.

I like using Rippling because as a contractor, it allows me to receive payments from my client smoothly. The feature that lets me update my time as I go along is really useful, so I don't forget anything. I can clearly see every stage of the approval and payment process, which makes managing my work easier. It's great that I can withdraw at any time and that everything is transparent. I really appreciate the email reminders when I forget to submit my timesheet correctly; it's helped me avoid errors. Setting up Rippling was very easy, although the total balance page was a bit tricky to find at first.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think we should be able to submit the time sheet comments on the time form. That way we don't have to go back to the list to re-edit the time-sheet. It would be nice to see approximate earnings at the top of the timesheet next to the time and hours worked.

Rippling lets me update my time efficiently and monitors the approval and payment stages, preventing errors. I can withdraw anytime and appreciate notification reminders when submissions are incomplete.

I like Rippling because it's secure and easy to use. I feel confident that my personal data is secure. It's really user-friendly and I can use it on the go with my cell phone, which makes keeping track of my time off straightforward. We do weekly trainings, and it remains user-friendly throughout, even when using it from my phone. The setup was smooth for me, with help from the tech department, and the user-friendly nature made it easy for me to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I struggle sometimes with the password function. The only issue I have is the password between my phone and my laptop, making sure I'm using the same login and backup information. I've had to reset my password several times because of that.

My most preferred feature in Rippling is how it streamlined employee management that was previously done in multiple systems. It made the onboarding process more efficient by integrating account provisioning, device set up and access control. The range of features include HR, payroll and device management. I also love that it integrates with other systems we have for communications and finances. This has helped with consistency and efficiency of employee management tasks.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My biggest frustration is that changing certain employee-related settings can be more complicated than it needs to be. While having a lot of features is helpful, it can also make straightforward adjustments feel unnecessarily complex. This has affected productivity, especially when urgent changes were needed for groups.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling addresses issues of employee lifecycle management, data consistency and administrative efficiency. It makes work better by minimising mistakes with onboarding and offboarding, and keeping data in sync. The range of features assists HR, payroll and IT roles in a cohesive way. And customer service has been available for fine tuning. That has resulted in fewer errors and more reliable employee operations.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really appreciate Rippling's MDM solution for managing all of our company-owned devices, and the IAM has been a massive help and time-saver in provisioning and de-provisioning users. I love that it has automated and streamlined most everything in the IT space for us. Onboarding is now much quicker, and there’s no guesswork when we off-board a user, which gives us a lot of data, insight, and peace of mind. The thing I like most is Rippling’s ability to work in a 'single pane of glass' for HR, Spend, and IT, which means not having to jump in and out of different apps and having everything in one place really streamlines our team's efforts. The initial setup was also great because I was able to set up about 95% of the platform myself and got the rest polished up with our implementation specialist.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling allows HR and IT to partner on a single platform and that it easily integrates with other systems like Microsoft Entra ID and third-party applications used by our organization. Rippling makes it easy to interact with third-party applications using one unified platform. I look forward to using Rippling to access other platforms like KnowBe4, Microsoft 365, and Smartsheet. The RPass password management software is also very helpful. Rippling has been easy to set up so far, and with the assistance of the team, we were able to have our questions answered during the process.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Our company didn't find value in migrating from our current MDM solutions of Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager into Rippling because of the potential risks of downtime and data loss for employees. Rippling should focus on making the migration from other MDM platforms, and enrolling devices, much simpler and less disruptive.

Rippling keeps HR and IT systems in sync during onboarding and offboarding, integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, and simplifies access to third-party apps.

I find Rippling to be a huge help because it allows me to check my schedule and pay stubs easily, and navigate whenever I have troubles. It's easy to use and logs me right in. I love how everything is super fast and super quick, which is great because other apps often freeze up or kick you out, but with Rippling, it gets me right where I need to go. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I had no troubles at all.

Intuitive, responsive, and easy to use—and that’s coming from someone who isn’t techy by trade. I can navigate Rippling without any trouble, quickly finding answers to my questions and the right solutions to get my tasks done.

It’s such a powerful tool that, at times, I feel like I could get a bit lost—especially in the Reporting feature.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is solving more problems for us than I can even name. Our previous payroll software was antiquated, and we had a patched-together HRIS that didn’t meet our needs. Across multiple departments at our university, we were relying on spreadsheets to keep things moving. In higher education, paying adjuncts and calculating faculty overload is a time-consuming task. Rippling created a custom app for our university to use, and now running payroll is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love Rippling for how easily it manages employees and reduces some of the admin and The process of hiring for our marketing team is much simpler in terms of co-ordinating set-up acknowledging policies and providing access to team platforms. Automation is a key feature. It simplifies processes that have always required follow up such as approvals, document collection, staff notifications. It's fast and efficient. And it has a great user interface and It's easy to use whether I'm looking at payroll information approving leave or other processes related to my team. It's also good to have integration of HR and operational processes. I don't have to jump between different systems apps and software and can complete many things from one system.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

A problem is that some of the more advanced features may take some time to understand particularly if people are not using all the modules. Certainly, at times some workflows can be less flexible in meeting specific internal approval flows. Some flexibility would be good in certain areas. And the cost can be a consideration for smaller companies if they don't use all of the features.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge it helped resolve was the hiring process. Earlier i would have to send emails and documents back and forth and have to talk to different teams to get a new employee for the marketing team and That process often caused delays With the Rippling system and it seems a little more formal. What really makes the switch worthwhile was that my payroll, time tracking, and employee records are all able to communicate with each other; therefore, I do not have to go in and sync them myself. When I run payroll, it will pull the hours worked by employees and take care of filing their taxes as well. New hire employees receive a link and are required to enter all of their information prior to their first day. This means I am no longer trying to chase down an employee for their direct deposit form once they start employment.

The customer service provided by Rippling is inconsistent and sometimes when I contact them about something I receive assistance from someone knowledgeable about the product and assist me with the issue. The payroll date feature is my most favorite because it ensures payments are on time, which is important as I work in payments myself. From day one, Rippling has been doing that perfectly for me.

I don't think there's much right now. But maybe Rippling could have a job platform like Turing. I think being able to get hired through Rippling would be a game changer.

I love that Rippling keeps everything organized in one place, so I don't have to juggle multiple platforms to find my benefits, salary, or track my leave requests. The platform is more user-friendly than the one I'm using now, and they use little, cute gestures like fun emails to cheer up employees on salary day. Clocking in and out is easier with proper time visible for each break, which is really helpful for hourly employees. Plus, I get notifications for important things like upcoming trainings. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The only thing that was not too obvious was that a separate menu was under the employee image. When you click it then it expands. Once you figure that out, it was much easier to use the platform.

I love the EOR side of Rippling. I also enjoyed working with the global contractors, as it's a really nice product to work with, and the implementation team was nice too. I like that Rippling makes accessing information fairly easy. It's convenient to have time off policies and getting all our employees in one place, whether they're an EOR or with our entity directly. The consolidation of multiple platforms into one is really cool, and it's a pretty intuitive system. Compared to other HRS systems, it feels more frictionless. I appreciate that Rippling makes things easier and more accessible with better UX and UI.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the implementation with our general implementation manager could be improved. She wasn't very thorough and didn't really have as much knowledge as I think that she should have.

I love how easy and user-friendly Rippling is. It’s intuitive and accessible for everyone. The learning courses on the platform are very comprehensive, which I appreciate because they offer a lot of valuable information. The setup process was also very easy, which is one of the things I like most about Rippling. Overall, the layout is logical, straightforward, and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I would say the notifications need improvement, as I never received alerts when courses were pending completion. I wasn’t aware of when the courses were assigned to my profile, and I only started receiving messages later indicating that I had pending courses—ones I hadn’t seen before.

I also believe the reminder settings should be customizable based on each course’s due date. For example, receiving daily follow-up reminders for courses that aren’t due until a later month can be overwhelming. Allowing flexible reminder timing would be a valuable improvement.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solved my problem of managing employee schedules by organizing everything in one place. It allows me to manage PTO and sick leave requests, prevent calendar overlaps, and maintain productivity.

I like the easy access provided by Rippling, which makes accessing my payment information straightforward. I also enjoy the layout and the fun, animated icons that make getting paid a fun experience. It’s great that I can easily access and download my pay stubs, and Rippling keeps track of them for me. The setup was very easy, just keeping track of my username and password, and resetting them if needed seems simple. I really appreciate how my paycheck goes right into my bank account without any incidents and how it helps me save information as a contract employee, which is valuable for keeping track of taxes and budgeting.

nothing not sure if they have an app I use it through a  email link via computer.

The best part of Rippling is that everything is in one place. On top of that, their products are pretty good.

Payroll is world class. Each other product is 80% as good as the leading product, and together, that builds a pretty compelling set of tools.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The sales-led model makes everything more pricy, and I don't have self-serve options to explore other products or see what features fit under which package.

I don't use the spend product, but from what I see, it's not nearly as good as Ramp. That's one piece that I haven't switched over.

For new products like SOC 2 compliance, the options are pretty commoditized, and it just makes sense to have it be in the same ecosystem as the rest of our data.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Honestly, what I like most is how everything’s in one place. It takes care of HR, payroll, benefits, even device management—all under one system, which makes my life way easier. I don’t have to bounce between five different platforms just to get basic admin tasks done.

Also, the automation is a huge time-saver. Onboarding a new hire, for example, used to mean juggling paperwork, setting up accounts manually, and tracking everything down—now it’s like three clicks and done. It's super efficient and just takes a lot of the headache out of operations.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

One thing that can be frustrating is that while Rippling tries to do everything, sometimes it feels like certain features aren’t as deep or customizable as you'd hope—especially if you're used to specialized tools. For example, reporting can feel a bit limited unless you build out custom workflows or export the data.
Also, because it’s such a big platform, getting support or finding exactly where to configure something can take a bit of digging. It’s powerful, but there’s definitely a learning curve.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is solving a lot of the messy back-office problems—like keeping HR, payroll, benefits, and even IT tasks all in sync. Before, we had to manually enter the same info into multiple systems, and it was easy for things to slip through the cracks. Now, when we onboard someone, it automatically handles everything—from payroll setup to benefits enrollment to device provisioning—which saves a ton of time and reduces errors.
