**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The evolution of the Replit Agent and instant cloud deployments has dramatically accelerated the path from initial concept to a functional MVP or buildathon entry. Eliminating local dev environment setup, automatic database integration, and being able to test and deploy web apps directly in the browser saved countless hours. Real-time AI code completion and multi-agent workflows make rapid iteration remarkably smooth.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Token consumption and compute-based pricing can deplete quickly during heavy debugging sessions or complex multi-file refactoring with the AI Agent. Additionally, performance can slow down when working with larger codebases, and the AI agent occasionally makes unintended file modifications during complex updates. Clearer spending caps and refined context retention for large projects would be great enhancements.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The frequency of use and easy implementation benefits my remote teams, the integration capabilities as well allow me to use other software and platforms to integrate with Rippling making my workflow much enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I mainly use Rippling to access my timesheet, submit PTO requests, view my payslips, and manage my employee information. It keeps everything in one place, making it easy to track and submit my work hours. It's straightforward and saves time, helping me stay organized. I like that Rippling is not lagged and is convenient to use. It's easy to navigate and works smoothly. I can find what I need quickly without hassle, which makes managing work-related tasks, especially time keeping and tracking, much easier. I can easily submit my timesheet, request PTO, and update my information in just a few clicks. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes Rippling can be a bit slow on my computer, especially when a lot of colleagues are logged in at the same time.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to keep everything in one place, making it easy to track work hours, review schedules, submit PTO requests, access payslips, and update employee info, saving time and keeping everything organized.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for time recording and payments, and I appreciate having two options in one place. Hour calculations are easy, and payment options are a big plus. I find the feature that allows keeping money in the wallet for 400 days awesome and very helpful for employees. It was a hassle in Screenish to manually adjust hours, especially at the agent level, but it's easy to manage with Rippling. Also, the initial setup was straightforward as it involved uploading data using CSV files, which I heard was quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There are a few things that could be improved with Rippling. When we approve hour change requests for direct reportees, we often need to wait a long time, and sometimes the request doesn't get approved at all. Once a request is approved, we have to manually refresh the page to see if it's done, which is a hassle. Additionally, if a representative exceeds their hours by more than 24, the request to update hours doesn't work. It would be great if there was an automatic page refresh and an error notification for both the requester and the approver in such cases.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to simplify time recording and payments by combining two apps into one. It's easy to calculate hours and use payment options, plus it helps employees by keeping money in the wallet for an extended time.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I think Rippling is really user friendly and I like the fact that it's a platform where everything I need work-wise, like pay and PTO, is all in one place. I use it for PTO, organizational chart, payroll, and work-related services. It solves the problem of having to use multiple platforms for payment, PTO requests, organizational chart changes, and reviews. I like how it's not difficult to navigate and it's easy to find and submit requests. The fast follow-up where I get an email for a review or survey I completed is great. It's so easy for me to use, taking just a couple of minutes to make my requests, simplifying my day. The setup was super easy, with everything fast and not causing delays or information confusion even for international payments.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

None for now, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Perhaps better streamline in certain processes.

Rippling solves the multi-platform issue by consolidating everything I need, like payments, PTO requests, and organizational charts, all in one place. It's user-friendly and simplifies processes, making it easy to find and submit requests quickly.

Rippling is incredibly easy to use from both a staff and HR perspective, which is a big plus for us. I love that it can grow with our company as our needs shift and change. It has been a complete lifesaver, housing all of our payroll and attendance needs in one place, saving us time and ensuring that our staff time is accurate and paid accordingly. As a beginner in HR, I find everything laid out so I can figure out what needs to be done and when. The onboarding process was incredibly easy, and the team was amazing. The support team has also been incredibly helpful, solving all our problems when needed. I was impressed by Rippling's functionality, and the affordable pricing was a pleasant surprise. The switch not only gave us a better platform but saved us money too.

I love that Rippling is easy to use. I've used the customer service chat a few times, and it is amazing. It allows me to get things done quickly without having to sit on the phone or contact different people. The initial setup process was also very smooth and seamless. Rippling contains all the features we needed like payroll, booking travel, and submitting expenses, which used to require several other tools.

So far, there wasn't anything I don't like.

Rippling streamlines payroll by letting me check pay stubs and get tax documents. It simplifies travel bookings and consolidates multiple tools, covering payroll, travel, and expenses in one. The user-friendly interface and great customer service save time, helping me get things done quickly.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like Rippling's interface because it's very easy to use. The integration with Microsoft Azure is really helpful, especially for onboarding and offboarding because it automates disabling accounts without needing manual intervention from the IT or HR departments. Setting it up was very easy, and the Rippling team was available to help us and guide us through the process. This automation really saves time and reduces complications, making everything work perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There are some issues with Rippling. Sometimes entries added by the recruiter cannot be modified, which is a problem. Also, if a user is already added and it doesn't sync with Microsoft Azure, it shows an error indicating a duplicate entry. Rippling doesn't work well for duplicate entries. Additionally, there's a need for improvements in how entries added by HR can be updated, and admin or superuser access to more information is required.

Rippling makes onboarding easy and integrates with Microsoft Azure, helping recruiters and IT. It automatically disables accounts, reducing manual tasks. It meets HR needs and simplifies leave application and process upgrades.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for everything related to my job. It's convenient to have all access in a single place, which includes managing my paychecks, completing my trainings, requesting PTO, and tracking my overtime. The amazing thing is that it also keeps my computer safe, allowing me to work without switching apps. It was very easy to change my banking information, and the process was seamless. The 2-factor authentication gives me an extra layer of security and makes me trust it completely. I also like the mobile app, as it allows me to access Rippling from my phone, so I don't have to rely on my computer. The initial setup was very straightforward, with super clear instructions, making everything smooth. I'll always say Rippling is very convenient and reliable for me, and one of the key apps I need to do my job.

Since Rippling has made my life so much easier there's nothing I dislike about this tool.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

My favorite part about Rippling is that it conveniently has all of your work and HR documents in one place. You can clock in/out, view your paystubs and tax information, update your direct deposit, and request time off all under one platform, among other things. I also love how user-friendly it is. It's so easy to navigate and find what you need.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I don't have any major complaints about Rippling. The only thing I think could be improved is its customization options. There is no way to choose which apps you want to see and how you want them organized, which isn't a big deal but would be a nice feature!

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is the platform I use to clock in and track my time, payroll, benefits, PTO, and other HR needs. It also contains a to-do list from management, which helps keep tabs on how the company is functioning.

Rippling’s all in one platform makes managing HR, payroll, IT and employee onboarding surprisingly seamless. I love the intuitive user interface, smooth onboarding workflows, and how easily it integrates with other tools. It’s a huge timesaver and reduces manual admin work drastically.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

At times, the navigation between modules (e.g.switching from HR to IT settings) can feel slightly disjointed. Additionally, reporting can get complex for non-technical users unless templates are prebuilt. More customization on dashboards would be helpful.

I find the software great for what I do. The screens are intuitive and easy to navigate, and everything feels straightforward to use. It runs quickly and doesn’t eat up a lot of precious time, which I really appreciate. I generally understand where I need to go to accomplish what I want to do without having to hunt around. I also like having the option to use the mobile app.

I don't like that the timesheet doesn't update right away and that I have to go to another page and return to refresh my hours input.

I find Rippling very useful for all HR, Payroll, and Management related works in my company. I like its well-structured onboarding process for new employees, which made my experience outstanding. The employee attendance and straightforward leave application process are also great. I appreciate being able to declare and submit tax-related information very easily. Its user-friendly and interactive interface, similar to Windows, makes it easy to use even for novices. I also like that Rippling can send shift start alerts on WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I can't apply for leave on Saturday and Sunday; this option should be enabled.

I find Rippling very useful for HR, Payroll, and management tasks. It simplifies leave applications and manager approvals, enhances onboarding with a structured process, handles HR and payroll efficiently, and easily manages tax declarations.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like Rippling for how easy it is to look at my payroll structure and the org charts. It's straightforward to see who manages who, when people start, and what they do within the business. The payroll feature is very structured and clear, making it effortless to see the breakdown, and it includes everything you need. The integration of everything into one platform means I don't have to sign into multiple apps for things like payroll, holidays, and expenses, which saves a lot of time and makes things really simple.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think Rippling could improve with a better AI feature, like an AI agent to help with certain tasks. Also, the holiday system feels a bit Americanized and confusing; it doesn't just give a set amount of holidays that deducts when taken. Instead, it's like an hourly system, and I'm not really sure how it works.

I find Rippling helps manage expenses, review holidays, and streamline our payroll, all without needing separate apps. It simplifies processes like booking holidays and doing expenses while showing detailed payroll breakdowns.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like how Rippling makes onboarding and offboarding smoother and ensures payroll cycle runs are more reliable. It reduces a lot of manual effort in tracking my team's time offs and is useful for keeping track of internal trainings. Managing my personal time off and my team's time offs is made effective and less time-consuming with Rippling's features for requesting, approving, and tracking leaves. I can quickly write review requests, understand team availability, and avoid scheduling conflicts, which helps reduce confusion and increase my efficiency. The appraisal management feature helps us set and track goals and targets for each employee, making progress tracking and running review cycles consistent across the team. It's also easy for employees to set up their self-reviews and for managers to provide feedback and ratings in one place. I was able to figure out most things myself as Rippling offers a wizard-based experience that helps us understand where everything is.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Some workflows are not very intuitive, and new employees may need guidance to find the right options. Adding some help text might be beneficial, although it's not something that needs any urgent fix.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes onboarding, offboarding, and payroll smoother and more reliable. It reduces manual tracking for time offs and trainings, and improves efficiency in leave management and scheduling. The platform also assists in consistent appraisal management and feedback processes.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like using Rippling because it brings most functional products like payroll, time off, T&E, into one streamlined platform. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate, which saves our team time and reduces administrative back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how automated workflows keep processes moving efficiently while still giving us the visibility and control we need. It makes managing HR feel organized, scalable, and far less manual.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Our implementation experience with Rippling was extremely disappointing. The teams operated in silos and often seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews than ensuring we were genuinely comfortable and confident using the platform. Instead of providing hands-on, practical support, we were directed to hours of videos and tutorials. Too frequently, issues were escalated by “submitting an engineering ticket,” which made it feel as though no one on the implementation team had the expertise or authority to actually resolve problems in real time. One particularly frustrating example was when a team “took a correction payroll off our plate,” only to create significant additional issues for us. The effort required to secure any meaningful make-good was exhausting, and Rippling did very little to proactively rectify the problems or rebuild trust.

Rippling's automation and workflows are still in process of being built, but they will remove the admin of onboarding, off boarding, employee experience surveys, expensing, and more. Really happy with how much the system can do once it's built up to take care of these repetitive actions.

Rippling’s biggest strength is how it centralizes HR, payroll, IT, compliance, and learning into one cohesive system. Instead of managing multiple platforms that don’t talk to each other, everything lives in a single ecosystem. The automation around onboarding and offboarding is especially powerful — provisioning accounts, assigning training, tracking compliance, and managing documentation all happen seamlessly. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for both administrators and employees to navigate. The reporting capabilities are strong, and integrations are flexible enough to support scaling organizations.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Because Rippling offers so many features, it can feel overwhelming at first. There is a learning curve, especially when configuring workflows, permissions, and automation rules correctly. Some advanced customizations require deeper platform knowledge, and occasional updates can change navigation or settings. While support is responsive, more step-by-step implementation guides for complex use cases would be helpful.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling eliminates the fragmentation between HR, payroll, IT provisioning, compliance tracking, and learning management. Previously, these functions required multiple disconnected systems, manual tracking, and duplicate data entry. Rippling creates a single source of truth for employee data and automates lifecycle processes from hire to separation. This reduces administrative burden, improves compliance visibility, minimizes human error, and allows leadership to make better decisions using real-time workforce data. It has also streamlined training and certification tracking, ensuring accountability and operational readiness across the organization.

My "time" section has a calendar now! It is so helpful for easily navigating what PTO I have already requested and when.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I get a lot of "action required" email alerts for optional tasks. I think this may be something back-end, though, where it assigns something as a task without specificity. 

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes it easy for me to know when and how much I will be paid so I can budget my life accordingly. It also keeps track of pending tasks and PTO. I like how the interface is super user-friendly, and updates only improve the navigation.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling to receive payments as a freelancer from companies, and it solves the problem of payment delays and organizing payroll information. Rippling works as an app bringing together different items like payroll, documents, and contracts, all in one place. It really simplifies everything for me and helps a lot because I don't have to scatter around looking for contracts, payroll, or payments separately. Even time off requests are handled in the same app. The initial setup was really easy, taking less than five minutes. Overall, I would recommend Rippling with a score of 10 out of 10 because it's really reliable and easy to use.

As a growing company, we needed a platform that housed HR, Recruiting, Talent, and Reviews all in the same place, as well as be able to work for global contractors and W-2 employees. Our previous payroll platform was not able to do that. The organization that Rippling has brought to our company has helped us be better. 

While it can seem overwhelming getting Rippling set up, we had nothing but the best experience with all of Rippling's Implementation Team. They walk you through every step of the way and work at your pace to make sure you are fully set up and familiar with everything. We moved from implementation to managing everything with ease, while knowing they are available for any support we need. Integrating it within the company has been completed with ease.

Now, the whole company is using one platform.

The only downside would be the cost and upgrades for additional features, but you get what you pay for and we have found that it is well worth it for the features and apps we need!

I also really appreciate the automation. Things like onboarding and offboarding that used to take a bunch of manual steps are now straightforward and much faster. It saves time and reduces the chances of something slipping through the cracks.

What I dislike about Rippling is that it can feel overwhelming at times. Because it does so much, the interface can be a bit complex, especially when you’re trying to find something specific or learn a new feature.
There are also moments when certain workflows don’t feel as intuitive as they could be, which can lead to extra clicks or some trial and error. And while automation is a big strength, when something doesn’t work exactly as expected, it can take a bit of digging to figure out what went wrong.

I appreciate how easily Rippling streamlines the payroll and benefit process. Employees like the ease of using the app to request time off, update personal information and locating paystubs.

The most difficult part for me was implementation. It took an incredibly long time and, due to the antiquated systems that my company initially had in place, took a tremendous amount of my time to gather information to send over. I am also not a fan of the fact that there is no number to call. There was an issue with their chat system that indicated cases were being made to be addressed when in fact they were not. No one at Rippling was aware so it took hours to have someone look at a payroll issue arrising from Ripplings system.

We had a full time payroll clerk that handled all payroll, insurance, etc. When she left it was determined that we needed to have this work absorbed. Rippling streamlined the processes and allowed us to replace a a full-time employee for a fraction of the cost.

The implementation process was incredibly seamless, especially transitioning from TriNet Zenefits, largely thanks to a highly structured implementation process and intuitive data migration tools. Moving our entire team over as of January 1st could have been an administrative nightmare, but Rippling’s platform accurately mapped our existing data and automated the heavy lifting of parallel payroll testing. The implementation team was proactive and clear, ensuring that our complex benefit structures and multi-state tax profiles were configured correctly from day one. It’s rare for a platform of this scale to be "plug-and-play", but we were fully operational with zero downtime for our employees.

What I like best is how Rippling acts as a single source of truth. The 'super-admin' capabilities, where IT, Payroll, and HR are all managed in one flow, have already saved us hours of manual data entry. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and actually enjoyable for our employees to use.  As recently as today, one of our employees said to me - "I really like Rippling!".

Because the platform is so powerful and customizable, the initial setup of took some trial and error to get exactly how we wanted it. Additionally, since many features are sold as add-on modules, you have to be very intentional about your package to ensure you have everything you need without overspending.

We needed a platform that employees actually wanted to use. Our previous system felt dated and difficult to navigate, leading to a high volume of "how-to" questions for our HR team. Rippling solved this with a world-class mobile app and a clean desktop UI. The benefit is a much higher rate of employee self-service and a significant drop in support tickets related to basic tasks like viewing paystubs or requesting PTO.

From an administrative perspective, what truly sets Rippling apart is its ability to act as the 'central nervous system' for our entire tech stack. While our previous system had basic integrations, Rippling’s App Management actually automates the lifecycle of our other tools. We’ve connected it to Slack, Google Workspace, and our accounting software, and the results are instant: when we hire a new employee, their accounts are provisioned and they are added to the correct groups automatically based on their department. You can simply log into the app or the website itself and navigate, learning very quickly how to use it. All of this makes managing everything easier compared to other methods.

I would say the notifications need improvement, as I never received alerts when courses were pending completion. I wasn’t aware of when the courses were assigned to my profile, and I only started receiving messages later indicating that I had pending courses—ones I hadn’t seen before.

I also believe the reminder settings should be customizable based on each course’s due date. For example, receiving daily follow-up reminders for courses that aren’t due until a later month can be overwhelming. Allowing flexible reminder timing would be a valuable improvement.

I love the RPass, a Password Manager add-on for the Chrome browser, because it helps me manage my 15-17 user IDs and passwords across different sites, which I can't remember all on my own. It's much less hectic than saving these usernames and passwords physically or in web browsers. Rippling's built-in RPass extension also makes it faster to access any link, as I can directly launch it from RPass instead of searching through browser bookmarks. Additionally, the initial setup of Rippling was straightforward, and the interface was easy to get used to and navigate.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is truly and all-in-one solution for our business. We were looking for a platform that would be one site for our employees to go for their payroll, HR folder, performance management, benefits selections (to include FSA accounts). After years of searching and demoing different sites, we discovered Rippling and it has lived up to everything that we were told during the demo. This platform truly is a all-in-one solution for our HR functions. The amount of details and information held within this platform is amazing and the fact that every product talks to each other is integral for our small HR department. We do not have to worry about adding the same information to multiple modules. With Rippling, we enter a piece of data into their system 1 time and each module that uses that data has access to it. The integrations between the benefits module and payroll is seamless. The same can be said about the integration between payroll and our accounting software, QuickBooks Online Advanced. The implementation team was wonderful throughout our entire implementation process of all of the products we purchased. Each product has their own implementation manager who is an expert of that product and is able to hold our hands through all of the set up and first run of benefits and/or payroll.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While the UI is very intuitive and the system is easy to use and navigate, there is a learning curve to remembering where all of the settings are and where certain data lives. In general, if you go to the specific employee's profile you can access all of their points of data. During the initial set up phase it can seem overwhelming when remembering where a setting is housed or how to change something. The Help Center is very detailed and has helped me many times to find where to go to make changes.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is providing us with 1 site for our employees to navigate to where they can find all of their HR related information: HR folder, documents, payroll, benefits, FSA/HSA, performance management, etc. Our previous platform had several issues with administering our FSA benefit and struggled with submitting our payroll taxes to the tax agencies correctly and on time. With Rippling excelling in these areas, it is reducing the amount of time our small HR team is having to troubleshoot and solve issues for our employees.

Rippling’s overall ease of use and guided setup stand out the most. The system is intuitive without sacrificing depth, and payroll in particular is streamlined in a way that makes reviews quick and practical. The ability to sort, filter, and easily access the payroll journal significantly reduces review time. The AI support chat is also a major improvement compared to legacy providers (ADP/Paycom/etc.), as it allows for quick answers to detailed questions without long support delays.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

As a newer-generation platform, Rippling relies more on scheduled support and self-service resources rather than immediate phone-based support. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it could be a learning curve for users who are less comfortable navigating modern, tech-forward systems.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling simplifies HRIS configuration and compliance while significantly reducing payroll processing and review time. Processes that previously took hours in ADP or Paycom can now be completed much more efficiently. Improved visibility, intuitive workflows, and readily available AI support allow issues to be identified and resolved quickly.

What I like best about Rippling is how seamlessly it brings HR, IT, and payroll together in one platform. The automation saves a huge amount of time, especially for onboarding and offboarding, where tasks like payroll setup, benefits enrollment, and app access are handled automatically. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes even complex processes feel straightforward. Rippling is also highly flexible and scalable, so it works just as well for day-to-day HR tasks as it does for supporting company growth and changes.

Onboarding with Rippling has been a very smooth and straightforward experience. The platform guides you step by step through the setup process, which made it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. The website itself is extremely user-friendly, with a clean layout and clear navigation that makes it simple to find information quickly. I especially appreciate how beginner-friendly the system is, as everything is clearly labeled and easy to understand, even for someone using the platform for the first time.

One of the features I value the most is the benefits tab, which conveniently displays all of my benefits in one centralized location. This makes it easy to review coverage details, access important documents, and stay informed without having to search through multiple pages. Overall, the initial setup process was efficient and well-organized, and Rippling made onboarding feel simple and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

At this time, there is nothing that I dislike about Rippling. My experience with the platform has been very positive, and everything has worked smoothly so far. The system is easy to navigate, the features are well organized, and I have not encountered any issues or frustrations during use. Overall, Rippling has met my expectations, and I have not identified any areas of concern or improvement at this point.

Rippling solves the problem of complicated and time-consuming onboarding by providing a streamlined, user-friendly platform that is easy to navigate and understand. Instead of dealing with confusing paperwork or multiple systems, everything is centralized in one place, which makes the onboarding process smooth and efficient. This has benefited me by saving time and reducing confusion, allowing me to complete tasks quickly and with confidence.

Additionally, Rippling addresses the challenge of managing and accessing employee benefits by offering a dedicated benefits tab that clearly displays all benefit information in one centralized location. This makes it easy to review coverage, understand available options, and access important details without having to search through multiple platforms or documents. Our implementation specialist Lauren was so patient and great at explaining how to do things. She helped us get things set up exactly the way we needed it for our business. We are not using nearly what the system offers, but we are a small 15-person operation, so we have prioritized what features will add back time into my busy day. Love all the ways you can personalize the system from time off policies to filing taxes in all the states we have employees in

Haven't found anything yet. We are only in the first month of actual usage, so hoping things continue to go smoothly

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling has a very clean and easy to use UI or user interface.  The otherthing that Rippling really excels at is making finding all the relevent area very intutive.  For instance, it is very easy to navigate from time and attendance, pto blance and check your latest paycheck.  I also love the emails that come with the nifty graphics and catchy tag line when you get paid.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I would like if Rippling was a bit more powerful, it is very powerful and easy to navigate however I do feel like it is lacking some further infomation that can be provided to the employee.  Such as futher benefits and upcoming open enrollement information.   Also it was be great to have a preview of your paycheck the night before an empoyee was paid.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does a great job of tracking out time and attendance, which makes sure we do not miss any time which an employee has put in.  Rippling has a great time management software.  Also the notification we receiving when we get paid with the gifs is very funny and fun!

The platform's clean design, ease of navigation, and  reliable performance make it a highly practical resource for my day-to-day work.

While the platform is very comprehensive, navigating through multiple modules sometimes requires extra clicks, and streamlining those pathways could make the user experience even more efficient. These are relatively minor points, but improvements here would make the platform even smoother to use.

I use Rippling to manage monthly payroll, submit and track time-off requests, and handle various company-related requests all in one centralized platform. I like most about Rippling is how easy it is to use; everything I need is in one place, which saves time and makes processes clear and convenient. I value Rippling's payroll and paid time off management features the most. I can easily check my pay details, download payslips, and submit time-off requests. I also like having quick access to company announcements and important documents, making it convenient to stay informed. It's very easy to learn and no stress in familiarizing myself with the features. I would definitely recommend Rippling to friends or colleagues, a score of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit slow, and a few features could be more intuitive, especially for first-time users. Improving navigation and loading speed would make the experience even better. Adding clearer labels or quick shortcuts for commonly used features would help with navigation. Faster page loading, especially when opening payroll or time-off sections would also improve the overall experience.
