The backend user experience is incredibly straight forward where other tools can be overly complex. The system also continues to grow. I've worked with a lot of HR tools in the past and ultimately businesses move away from them because they refuse to innovate and consolidate softwares. Rippling is literally a 1 stop shop for HR, ERP, and IT services so you can't beat that. Not to mention the company clearly takes an important approach to it's overall design. A lot of HR tools out there look very aged and the UX isn't well thought out but Rippling challenges that and I personally think that's what makes it a strong leader in the Space. But if I have to mention one thing, It would be nice if you could view the same content on the mobile app as you can on web. When you're in that position, you need a easy enough tool for anyone to use and Rippling accomplishes that. I imagine as we continue to grow so will Rippling and that makes us confident in continuing to use them as a tool. An added benefit really is the overall design within the home view for every employee within the company as well. It's nice to know anniversaries to celebrate as well as the occasional birthday.
