The reporting is limited - like we can't see reports for spend based on specific events. It's also kinda weird to use like why are events tracked under job dimensions? Our company's HR, Technology, and general organization was a bit of a mess when I took over. ADP only made it worse. It does take a well established company some time to get everything set up in Rippling; however I really can't say enough just how worth it this platform has been. Rippling has changed my work life and has saved me so many hours spent on manual processes and automated them.

Rippling is also VERY responsive to feedback and is constantly looking to improve. If there is something the platform can't do right off the bat, and you submit feedback for it, it will most likely be in the rollout of new features over the next 6 months. AMAZING!!! They actually listen AND take action!!!

The customer service team is very quick to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns, if they are not able to resolve them immediately. I use Rippling all day every day and love every second of it.

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike. If I had to mention something, it’s that there’s so much functionality packed into the platform that it took a little time to explore everything.
