The reporting is limited - like we can't see reports for spend based on specific events. It's also kinda weird to use like why are events tracked under job dimensions? That just feels like it was an afterthought and no one knew where to put that. Also, we can't create one event within travel to have everyone tie their travel to. Our company's HR, Technology, and general organization was a bit of a mess when I took over. ADP only made it worse. It does take a well established company some time to get everything set up in Rippling; however I really can't say enough just how worth it this platform has been. Rippling has changed my work life and has saved me so many hours spent on manual processes and automated them.

Rippling is also VERY responsive to feedback and is constantly looking to improve. If there is something the platform can't do right off the bat, and you submit feedback for it, it will most likely be in the rollout of new features over the next 6 months. AMAZING!!! They actually listen AND take action!!!

The customer service team is very quick to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns, if they are not able to resolve them immediately. I use Rippling all day every day and love every second of it.

The ONLY thing I can say that I dislike about Rippling is the pricing. It's more expensive than other HRIS platforms, and almost everything is an add on that I have to convince our leadership to approve .... while I hate having to do this ... it really is the only downside; because it's been so worth it! Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike. If I had to mention something, it’s that there’s so much functionality packed into the platform that it took a little time to explore everything. But that’s also what makes it so valuable; the number of features is impressive. Despite that, the ease of use stands out. Using Ripling multiple times a week has become a staple for me managing my team, whether it's approving time off, editing hours, or general scheduling; the implementation of this HRIS's modules for my role as Operations Manager to my individual team members is a flawlessly integrated connection. Rippling has truly bridged a gap in my workflow I didn't realize I needed, all of my team member (and myself) find Ripplings trainings intuitive, engaging and exciting to interact with. Rippling has an easy platform. Making it hassle free for the users. There are several features for you to use. You can add apps to help you with time management and daily activities to accounting and many more. They also have videos to help you use the features they have to offer. I have had to contact Customer Support with an issue and the representative was very helpful and was knowledgeable of my situation which helped me a lot as I am not "TECH SAVY' . It was nice to know that the other person was. I use Rippling on a daily basis to clock in and out, track time off hours I have accrued or vacation days . I can check my 401 k balance with ease and change how much I want invested and where I want it to go. They keep up with it all. When new features are introduced they are easy to use with very few issues if any in my day to day use of the software. I can print up pay stubs from any pay period from the first one to the most recent myself .I do not have to go to HR and have to wait days to receive it. I am very happy my organization uses this software and cant wait to see what new and exciting features Rippling will introduce in the future. There are times I use my cell to clock in or I need to enter a sick day. If I am logging in from a different IP address then they will send a verification to my email and I do not have the email linked to my phone so I have to wait until I can get back in the office to enter that time so I can get the email verification.
