Rippling is an integrated payroll and HR solution. Our Company is a scaling internationally and Rippling can assist with the ongoing reporting requirements for each country. The implementation managers were extremely clear, efficient and professional making a move from our ex-payroll system easy. The support we received along the way was fantastic and we were able to reach out whenever we had a question. We use Rippling frequently and build reports, manage leave and reimbursements. The reporting features are different to what we've used in the past, but are intuitive enough to figure out and the support articles are easy and clear. I love the automation that Rippling offers and that they are always making updates, keeping their product current. I really love the customer service; they are knowledgeable and helpful, which is rare to find. Rippling automates the calculations related to benefit changes, which frees up my time for other responsibilities and reduces the pressure on payroll by putting more responsibility on the employees to enter their information. The automated receipt requests save time and energy from chasing down employees for receipts. Rippling protects the company with virtual cards that are easy to shut down if a number is compromised. Regular updates to the system show an investment in a great product. Rippling doesn't have a great system for configuring employees at 80% or 75% of an FTE, especially when setting up time off policies for those on reduced salary hours. I also have issues with the benefits portion, as it can't automatically calculate our secondary medical insurance, so we have to manually enter that info.
