Rippling failed to file required state wage reports, resulting in penalties. QuickBooks integration for expenses and credit cards doesn’t work. Highly problematic service for organizations needing reliability and transparency. Unfair billing based on max seats that can never decrease ("As per your contract, you start with a specific number of seats. These seats are calculated based on the Billing Type designated for each subscription. If during the contract you increase the number of minimum seats by hiring new employees, you are signaling a change in your seat count minimum and your monthly payment will increase based on the seat counts added."). **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for payroll, Accounts payable and employee expenses. It does none of these well. We switched when we outgrew Gusto, but I really regret going with them. Payroll glitches every other month. Our state wage report was not filed and we got fined.
