Having everything in one place simplifies processes and reduces the complexity for our employees, especially those who use the company credit cards. I love that we can reimburse employees for charges on personal cards directly through payroll, which adds a layer of convenience. Moreover, Rippling’s integration with our accounting software is a significant advantage, making reporting much more efficient and saving us from manually uploading reports. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, much more so than our previous HRIS platform, TriNet/Zenefits. Additionally, the ability to create robust and custom reports is another aspect of Rippling that I find highly beneficial. The ease of initial setup was also a pleasant surprise, thanks in part to the implementation team, which streamlined the transition process for us. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** Unfortunately, Rippling's Benefits Admin module currently doesn't support our company’s medical insurance contribution scheme (which, admittedly, is somewhat unique, however, our previous platform was able to support it). Specifically, the module doesn't allow us to distinguish between dependents (children versus spouses) unless we're contributing a flat amount, which isn't how our scheme is set up. This limitation means we cannot fully utilize the Benefits Admin module to fit the needs of our organization, ultimately impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our benefits management. Our Benefits Implementation Manager has said that he's flagged this and hopes to get it included in the product roadmap though, so we're hopeful that they can make the system work for us in the future. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Rippling consolidates HR, payroll, and expense management in one intuitive platform, easing employee use and integrating with our accounting software, which enhances reporting and saves manual effort. ### 49.
