The travel reimbursement flow is incredibly easy, and I recently used the travel extension to book a flight, which was seamless and intuitive. I am also able to request time off as well as approve time off. our learning center is integrated as well which is nice. It is the one stop shop for HR and more. The “One-Stop Shop” Reality: I no longer have to log into one site for my paystubs and another (like Expensify or Concur) for my expenses. Having my salary and reimbursements in the same dashboard makes personal budgeting much easier. The Mobile App Is Actually Good: I can snap a photo of a coffee receipt on the way out of the cafe, and the AI usually reads the merchant and amount almost instantly. It’s one of the few work apps I genuinely don’t mind keeping on my personal phone. Direct Deposit Flexibility: I really like that I can split my paycheck into different bank accounts (for example, 20% to savings and 80% to checking) directly in the app, without having to email someone in HR. Reimbursements on Autopilot: Once an expense is approved, it typically just shows up on my next paycheck. There’s no waiting for separate checks or dealing with awkward manual transfers. Mileage reimbursement in particular is incredibly smooth as the calculations are automatic, accurate, and save a lot of time. I also appreciate having expenses tied directly into the broader Rippling platform, so everything lives in one secure place instead of bouncing between tools. What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling Spend removes the friction from expense reporting by automating calculations and keeping everything centralized. Instead of manually tracking mileage or doing reimbursement math myself, the platform handles it for me, which reduces errors and saves time. The weekly email summaries are particularly valuable to me, as they allow me to easily track and update expenses, especially for those on autopay. I think the interface of Rippling Spend could be more user-friendly because right now it's kinda clunky. Also, I wish it had the ability to scroll through transactions more smoothly.
