I have not utilized Rippling customer support, but orientation back in April with our HR person and Rippling trainer was very straight-forward. In that everything is linkable to one system. As an illustration we now have a fully automated new employee onboarding. The computers are immediately ordered in the form of laptops and software accounts are created. They also have a powerful global payroll which is very effective to our international personnel. It negotiates local tax regulations without any difficulties. This in-depth integration allows our team to save a lot of time each and every week. Considerable time was required to get all of it customized. At times response times of customer support may be a bit slow. We do not need to switch between systems when using HR, payroll, and IT; that saves us tons of time. Additionally, the offboarding is equally easy to do, and all access is removed immediately. This is a revolutionary strategy to our tiny group. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** To be honest, the initial set up is quite cumbersome due to its various capabilities. The number of choices to make prior to configuration is immense and it takes time to fine tune all of them. On occasion the reporting functions are somewhat less intuitive to me than I would wish in regard to fast custom reports. It is also rather expensive to very small companies that are just establishing themselves in business. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to preserve consistency and make sure that new employees have all the accesses they need on the first day was a nightmare. Rippling now makes everything centralized on a single system. We save numerous man-hours in the past that were going into manually entering the data and correcting errors. Indeed the process of onboarding new workers is pretty smooth, as their salaries and benefits as well as IT access are established automatically. This will translate into the fact that our HR team will not be working with papers anymore and that is a humongous advantage to our effective operations. ### 40. Our first implementation manager was not very knowledgable on a lot of the features, and when we got our new implementation manager half way through, he was much more helpful, but because everything was hardest in the beginning setting everything up, whenever we needed help it felt like getting that support was not always easy and not having access to specialists on the certain features contributed to a lost feeling at times.
