Rippling has a lot of functionality, however it does come with it's challenges to learn how to use these functionalities. We have utilized customer support many times, although the turnaround time to a resolution can be long (2-3 weeks) **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** Because Rippling is an American based company, we encounter challenges sometimes with our Canadian entity. We particularly face challenges with the Spend module and company credit cards by being a Canadian based company. Additionally, features are often taken away or changed with the frequent updates which can be difficult for our workflow. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rippling was able to consolidate many of our platforms into one (ie payroll, HR, Password manager, expenses and credit cards). Managing expense reports for my direct reports has been a breeze, and it only takes seconds or a couple of minutes to approve them. Our Company is a scaling internationally and Rippling can assist with the ongoing reporting requirements for each country. The implementation managers were extremely clear, efficient and professional making a move from our ex-payroll system easy. The support we received along the way was fantastic and we were able to reach out whenever we had a question. We use Rippling frequently and build reports, manage leave and reimbursements. The reporting features are different to what we've used in the past, but are intuitive enough to figure out and the support articles are easy and clear. The integration with big accounting systems (e.g. Xero) is available as well. Whilst we haven't used the integration, we will be in the next month. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** The reporting and leave calculations are not user-friendly but will make sense in time. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating multi-country payroll solution and real-time reporting on payroll, expense reimbursement and payroll tax. ### 45. I really love the customer service; they are knowledgeable and helpful, which is rare to find. Rippling automates the calculations related to benefit changes, which frees up my time for other responsibilities and reduces the pressure on payroll by putting more responsibility on the employees to enter their information. The automated receipt requests save time and energy from chasing down employees for receipts. Rippling protects the company with virtual cards that are easy to shut down if a number is compromised. Regular updates to the system show an investment in a great product. The customer service is exceptional, and every time I have a question, the team really tries to solve my problem, which truly wows me. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** Rippling doesn't have a great system for configuring employees at 80% or 75% of an FTE, especially when setting up time off policies for those on reduced salary hours. I also have issues with the benefits portion, as it can't automatically calculate our secondary medical insurance, so we have to manually enter that info. Additionally, we tried using it for performance management, but it needs more paid workflows, so it wasn't helpful. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Rippling automates benefit calculations, freeing me from manual tasks and reducing payroll pressures. The implementation was without any problems and I use it consistently thus my usage frequency is high. I find it easy to work with our CRM and site, as the features, such as scheduling, tracking, and embedding, are numerous. It has simplified the process of making campaigns and has reduced the amount of time I was spending to have to juggle many platforms. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** The thing that I dislike is that some of the reporting functions become limited, when we attempt to gauge the engagement in detail. The features may be extended especially to detailed tracking. This could be a problem in as much as the campaign alterations are slowed at times due to my high frequency of use. Customer care is supportive, yet it is time consuming to wait until the specific advice is given, which implies that sometimes we have to develop workaround to obtain the insight that we require. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** The greatest advantage of Readymode is the centralized content management and less repetition of work. Since the implementation was painless, I use it every day, which is why my frequency of use is high. The features such as automated notifications and auto scheduling of campaigns allow the prevention of errors and keep our projects on schedule.
