We can manage the full employee life cycle from application to separation, including benefit enrollments, 401K management, global pensions and more. **What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?** I wish that filtering applications was easier in the ATS, but there are workarounds and the ATS is still better than others I have used. Plus it's integrated with the rest of the system so it's still seamless. **What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Rippling we used another provider and multiple outside spreadsheets and resources to get the same job done. Rippling does all of that and more, and it seems I am surprised by a new feature in the system monthly, if not more often.
