The Rippling platform offers a great user friendly experience from the employee perspective to the administrative user experience. The platform is visually appealing and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend organizations to vet Rippling for an entire HRIS approach. The connectivity with vendors and streamlined approach for the employee life cycle is great! It is not as robust as we need it to be (MDM and Rpass specifically) and are still using a few different tools for our tech stuff outside of rippling.
