Rippling is overall an excellent and user-friendly platform. However, there are a few areas where I would like to see further development. For example, I hope they make the benefits administration section easier to understand and add more features to the benefits report. It would also be helpful to have a notes section within the employee profile, dedicated to internal office use, where managers and HR can record notes about employees for purposes such as compliance with state and federal laws, disciplinary actions, and onboarding or offboarding processes. Rippling is the most user friendly HRIS system that I have interacted with and I have interacted with over half a dozen other platforms. The system is very intuitive and you can get to the data/information you need with very few clicks. All of the data/information is right where you would expect it to be. They have been unable to adjust our contract at all. They registered every employee to have double microsoft licences. we are now paying for a service for them that we don't use at all and paying double what we need to pay for the licensing of our accounts. RPass is so helpful for my work! As an all-in-one system, I have noticed that Rippling sometimes lacks certain features that are available in other leading platforms.
