I would highly recommend organizations to vet Rippling for an entire HRIS approach. The connectivity with vendors and streamlined approach for the employee life cycle is great! While the implementation process can be lengthy the support teams are wonderful. Setting the right expectations for timelines were proposed and the weekly check in calls were beneficial. Additionally, the easy password updating feature significantly enhances the user experience by making maintenance and security management straightforward and efficient. I also found the initial setup of Rippling to be very easy, which enabled our team to start using the platform without any hassle. Ultimately, these features collectively highlight Rippling as a user-friendly, efficient solution with a practical approach to handling account management challenges.
