It's pretty, only on the outside though **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Rippling has many updates that it fails to properly notify admins about, causing unknown changes within the system and also deprecating/turning off access for areas that were previously available due to billing changes. Rippling also mismanaged much of our payroll data. This included not filing quarterly taxes in a timely fashion as well as processing W-2s for a prior year when clearly instructed not to do so. They are also extremely slow with their responses to customer support. We have had tax tickets last for several months at a time as they are disorganized and often cannot speak to why they take the actions that they take regarding our taxes. I'm very familiar with other HR apps like Justworks and while I liked that platform, I find this one simpler in a good way and much more mobile friendly than Justworks was (it wouldn't let me connect via the app consistently). **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently Rippling keeps track of CORE HR tasks and documentation and facilitates Health Insurance Benefit selection. I like how all my Single Sign On credentials are stored, and I can log into various websites with one click. The task checklists provide a thorough and transparent onboarding process. 2 Factor Authentication ensures that all confidential info is secure. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Sometimes there are too many email notifications on pending tasks (for instance, the benefits enrollment reminders). It would be nice to return to some of the employee trainingings, or receive a certificate proving that you completed it.
