Beware - once you're in, they do not care about you or your business at all. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** - Ran into constant bugs impacting our team (settings would change, tax forms did not reflect what was input, etc.) - EoR depending on the country could be a nightmare. No transparency into payrolls before being approved, extremely poor and sometimes non existent communications to employer and employee around open enrollment and other changes. - Support consistently dismisses your concerns and tells you everything is fine or gaslights you into shifting blame away from Rippling. They also nickel and dime you for a lot of the features that are not included in their core product. RPASS password saver is not good and only works half the time. The implementation team goes above and beyond to overcome your issues. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Many of the issues we've experienced have been caused by a poor sales experience that promised functionality that either doesn't exactly exist as presented, or only exists in higher tiers of the platform that are not presented as sales options. This led to us missing many of our needs on Day 1 and required our team to spend tens of hours mastering Rippling to understand how we could achieve an acceptable level of functionality that we needed. **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unifying HRIS, ATS, Time/Attendance, and scheduling from many systems to one. ### 33. You don't need to jump through ridiculous hoops for anything, from sign-up, set-up, accessing training, and even getting access to support reps. **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Honestly, there is none.
