The seamless onboarding for remote employees is now a reality, enabling us to provide a smooth experience without the need for constant supervision. It's amazing how, after hiring someone, their laptop is automatically ordered and delivered right to their doorstep within days, and their user account is set up without hassle when they log in. I also appreciate how effortlessly Rippling has integrated various functions, making our operations slick and smooth. Their implementation team was truly fantastic, guiding us through the navigation and automation of mundane tasks, thereby simplifying organizational management. The ease of initial setup was notable, with their team always readily available to assist us. Moreover, Rippling's vertical integration allows us to manage laptops alongside HR functionalities, bringing everything into a single, convenient platform. This holistic approach was a significant factor in our switch from Kandji and Netchex to Rippling, and it has been amazing having everything consolidated in one place. The process for initiating a Warehouse Return in Rippling can be inconvenient, particularly during large laptop refresh cycles. Having the order number shipped with the return box or return label would be beneficial. Currently, I have to go through each order individually to find the specific tracking number for returns. I work at a nonprofit, and we use RPass to share passwords for different application portals and websites. Rippling is easy to use it allows us to securely share passwords with other staff members. This is really helpful, especially when you're managing multiple passwords. I use RPass almost on a daily basis, and it saves a lot of time and saves me the headache of having to find a way to manage the passwords on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only real challenge I face using RPass is that the password manager does not seem to differentiate well between different portals that are hosted on the same platform. For example, if three organizations have portals hosted by the same platform, I can save the different passwords on RPass, but RPass will not know which one is the correct one to utilize, so it often plugs in the incorrect login.
