We were having issues ordering, tracking, managing, configuring and then retrieving devices for our teams as we were scaling. We do not have an IT admin and as the Recruiting Lead, I was feeling overwhelmed. We were also under the constant threat of scam and fraud. All onboarding and access configuration was also manual. We adopted Rippling IT and now we simply order and ship devices from within the platform and are able to reset password, unlock devices, have an IAM solution and even retrieve or reassign devices using the Rippling IT product. It has made it simple for me as a non technical IT Admin to automate a lot of the process and manage it seamlessly. Whenever I run into any issues while working, I just open it up and send a request, describe what’s wrong, and literally just seconds later someone from the offshore IT team will pick it up and help me right away. No need to send long emails or chase people on chat, it’s super straightforward and so easy to use. I also love that it notifies me whenever we get new work stuff like laptops, headsets, mouse or other accessories. It told me exactly when my items were ready for pickup plus all the details I needed, even when I didn’t get any email from HR or anyone else. It’s honestly such a big help for my day-to-day. If something broke or I ran into an issue, I had to figure out who to message from the IT department, send long emails, or chase people on chat just to get help, and I’d wait forever for a reply. I also used to miss updates about new work stuff because emails would get buried or I wouldn’t get any notice at all. Rippling IT fixes all that for me. Now I just file a ticket right there, say what’s wrong, and someone picks it up literally in seconds, no extra steps, no running around. It also lets me know straight away when my new laptop, headset, or anything else is ready for pickup, with all the details I need. The best part is the Single Sign-On (SSO) and the automated app provisioning. When I started, all my accounts like Slack and Zoom were already set up. I love having one dashboard where I can launch all my work tools without needing to remember ten different passwords or wait for IT to grant me access manually. Sometimes it requires a re-authentication at inconvenient times to ensure the device is compliant.
