I love Rippling because of its ease of use, which is important for being a comprehensive and simple solution with an elegant, clean interface. I truly appreciate that everything HR-related is in one place, making it a breeze to manage various functions. Rippling allows us to consolidate all HR functionality and systems into one clean interface, fostering an efficient work environment. Additionally, the integration features are exceptional; Rippling enables us to provide a single sign-on interface to platforms like Salesforce and internal systems, creating a seamless central hub for users to experience a hassle-free workflow. The simplicity and straightforwardness of the initial setup are other aspects that I find impressive, as it does not create any additional burden. I really appreciate how Rippling makes our operations seamless by integrating a lot of solutions into one place. It notably streamlines our hiring process and enhances the overall experience for device management, making it more cohesive. What stands out the most is how easy it is to use; the interface is very intuitive. From a technical perspective, it's highly convenient to manage most of our devices through a single platform. This simplicity greatly benefits our technological framework, providing a nice centralized approach. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward once we aligned our needs with the correct SKUs from Rippling, which was quite pleasant. All of these factors contribute to a highly efficient and effective workflow in our environment, leading me to happily recommend Rippling to others, rating it a 10 on a recommendation scale. I find that some parts of the IT side in Rippling could be better developed, especially in terms of deploying mobile device management (MDM). Additionally, when converting a device to Rippling, it insists on being the single source of truth, which isn't always feasible in our environment, creating extra work.
