Support is ok and I have had to use them alot! **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** Although they have a lot of features in one place, those features are not always the best on the market. They also nickel and dime you for a lot of the features that are not included in their core product. RPASS password saver is not good and only works half the time. Most features need an overhaul to be more initiative and user friendly. **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multi-state Payroll and tax payments. This has cause me to not to refer my other start-ups to use the the platform. Not friendly for I.T **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Brian H. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025 **What do you like best about Rippling IT?** - Pulling data from Lever to onboard someone here works mostly - They are able to scope MFA per employment status - Task to remind you to fill out missing information - Somewhat decent documentation for integrations that actually fully support Rippling **What do you dislike about Rippling IT?** - Workflows are probably some of the worst I've seen. Looks elsewhere if you plan on leveraging that. - Lack of integrations with lots of tools with big names names such as Google Workspace not having the ability to change OU's for users or add them to specific groups based off of roles (RBAC) - MDM will not get you based ISO/SOC. It does the bare minimum (fine if you're 0-50 users). Better off leveraging Apple essentials > Rippling MDM fwiw - Redo the workflows studio as it doesn't integrate anything other than internal Rippling stuff. It's useless for I.T personnel. Wish it was a plan limitation, but it's a "feature". There are plenty of other better HRIS systems out there that your security, I.T and legal teams would appreciate using. Also, the number of features should not be selected as well as ease of integration **What problems is Rippling IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really that I couldn't find at a better company. **Official Response from Rebecca H:** > Upon receiving this review, we reached out to the client to offer support. Rippling integrates deeply with Google Workspace and supports the customer’s desired functionality. Additionally, our MDM solution offers a wide range of functionality including, but not limited to, enforcing password policies, encryption, OS system updates, EDR deployment, and more. Lastly, our Workflow Studio can integrate with third-party systems, and our workflows are highly customizable. We did not receive a response to our outreach but remain available to assist. ### 4.
