We have hosted multiple events through the platform and they make it extremely easy to set them up as well as source for them. We can easily pull data on RSVPs vs Attendance as well as see exactly where our RXVPs come grom with their specific source tracking links. The team at RM is always helpful for any questions that we have as well as keeping us updated on new features or how to optimize features we are not currently using. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** RippleMatch has a very high level of tech candidates and candidates from high-caliber schools. Even with the algorithm, sometimes candidates that do not fit get through to our jobs. It can also be pretty manual meaning recruiters have a hard time getting used to using the platform. **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve any of our issues with planning and hosting events. We have been able to get a great influx of candidates from that for our early career and intern roles. ### 3. The time saved in our sourcing efforts have enable us to increase our focus on our nurturing strategy. After using the tool for our tech roles in the Fall recruiting cycle, the team is now ready to implement it for all of our other roles. The alerts and functionality enable the recruiters to move at a faster pace and provide the candidates with a much better experience. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** It is not a global tool just yet. I would like to leverage this tool for my global emerging talent team as functionality and market reach increases to other regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better access to diverse talent that matches our skills needs. This enables us to better serve the business with more aligned diverse talent. It also reduces our time to hire which enables our recruiters to use that saved time in nurturing talent for the next cycle. ### 4. We share our needs and receive candidates who are warm leads - no need for cold outreach with Ripplematch. It's easy to use and is a great way to ensure diversity top of funnel in the University Recruiting process. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** We have some roles that are not open at all to students who require sponsorship for data access reasons. We aren't able to set parameters to not match with F-1 students even in these cases. Sometimes, it is difficult to keep up with the pace of matches to how quickly our hiring teams are able to proceed with candidates. **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to ensure that we have impressive diverse talent for our teams to consider. ### 5. Creating an algo that aligns with my needs definitely saves me a lot of time when sourcing. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** With RippleMatch, I find that it becomes harder to get a strong batch of diverse candidates when looking for niche roles like Hardware Engineering **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem RM is solving for me is the uptick in qualified diverse individuals. ### 7. I especially like the ability to combine events, recruiting, and communities data all in the same place. We've had some great intern hires come from RippleMatch. I have also constantly been impressed by the customer service and partnership we have received from the member team, including Meg Hwang, who is a rockstar! **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** They don't currently have an Oracle cloud integration which means some manual work on our end. Some roles have better pipelines than others (cybersecuity is difficult to filter for). **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** RippleMatch makes it easier to connect with diverse candidates and to showcase our brand to a wider range of students. ### 8. Most of our intern program is recruited from RM for this function of the business. The candidates are usually always high caliber and motivated! **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** There are not many Creative students on the platform which has made it difficult to utilize RM for this function of the business.
