## About Rippit
Rippit empowers every employee at your company to analyze conversation data. Leading AI-first companies like DraftKings, Zoom, Etsy, Figma, Lyft, Oura, and Notion are tapping into conversation data with AI because, for the first time ever, you can analyze conversations in the same way you analyze numbers. Customers are burning the traditional QA playbook, leveraging AI to replace traditional surveys, and finding insights in conversation data about new product launches, churn risk, employee behaviors, and more.

## Rippit Reviews
  ### 1. Feature-Rich Customer Data Platform with Flexible Configurations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily F. | Director of Customer Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit allows us to access all of our customer data across multiple platforms, ingest it, and understand it. I've been most impressed with how rich the feature set is and how many configurations are available. I also like that it gives non-technical users a view into how conclusions are made. Worksheets and AI columns allow us to understand how data is filtered and then used to get to answers. We've also had a great experience with our account manager, Brandon, who has gone out of his way to proactively assist us with different Rippit feature sets and use cases.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

The feature richness of Rippit means that it can be hard to figure out if something we need to do is included or not.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows the customer experience team immediate access to query and understand our customer data, which is not something we get with other platforms. It also solves our QA needs for AI and human agents.

  ### 2. Game-Changing Rippit+Claude Integration for Deep, Scalable Conversation Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Lead Analyst, Customer Insight Analytics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

The Rippit+Claude integration has been a complete game changer for me. Rippit was already way ahead of the curve on AI enriched conversation data, but now I ask Claude a question in plain English and it drives Rippit to pull the data, build a worksheet, tag the conversations, and write up the analysis. That conversational layer over real customer conversations is what sets it apart.

It lets me analyze customer conversations at a depth and scale I couldn't reach before. I recently ran a deep dive into why our Casino ticket rate was climbing and it surfaced the real driver, as well as fixes, in an afternoon. The old way, that's a team of three spending a week, and even then you're only reading a small relative sample. With Rippit and Claude I'm enriching thousands of full transcripts to tag root cause and theme, not guessing from a handful.

Performance holds up at that scale, which matters. And onboarding was a real differentiator: the Rippit team (shoutout to Robby) has been hands-on and actually shipped on our feedback. The honest ROI is that it's replaced work I'd otherwise need a team of analysts and with sql skills for.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

The main one is a learning curve. The ceiling is really high, but getting the most out of the Claude-driven analysis means learning how to ask the right questions, and my early sessions were much weaker than what I get now. To their credit, they're actively closing that gap: they're building more out-of-the-box skills, and they've been great about documenting our resources so the outputs come back more predictable. Robby also personally shared a few Claude prompts that helped me a ton. That last part is the caveat, I don't expect them to hand-hold every customer that way, so the more of that guidance that gets baked into the product, the better. It's a young product moving fast and I expect this to keep improving.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A few big ones.

First, it's cut our reliance on manually QA'ing individual agent cases to understand agent-driven quality. Instead of reading case by case, I can analyze quality across every conversation at once, and that lets me find the large-scale, systemic things worth coaching agents on rather than one-off nitpicks. The benefit is twofold: I get time back for actual insights, and the coaching we do is aimed at the themes that move agent-touched quality at scale.

Second, and this is the biggest, it lets me do root-cause analysis on our actual conversation data instead of agent-applied tags or anecdotes. That distinction matters constantly. For example, senior leadership was convinced soccer extra-time confusion was driving a large volume of tickets. When I dug into the real conversations in Rippit, it turned out to be 3.3% of tagged conversations, real, but nowhere near the driver we assumed it was. Being able to settle those questions with what customers actually said, instead of going with the loudest anecdote in the room, has turned my team into the one-stop shop for conversation analytics, a role we couldn't credibly play before.

Third, it's changed how we think about our chatbot. Reporting showed most bot conversations were self-contained and resolved fine. Rippit is showing us that customers actually leave those conversations frustrated far more often than we believed, and it shows us why. That's forced us to rethink and tighten the whole experience. Personally, it's made me the leader in how we QA all of our AI, which is a great place to be right now.

  ### 3. Rippit’s Rapidly Evolving AI Workflows Make Conversation Analysis Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanette L. | Quality Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

What I appreciate most about Rippit is how quickly the platform continues to evolve, especially around AI-powered workflows. The team consistently introduces thoughtful capabilities that solve real operational problems rather than AI for the sake of AI.

One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to analyze conversations at a scale that simply isn't possible through manual QA alone. Features like Ask Rippit, AI-assisted analysis, and now the Claude integration have made it much easier to explore trends, answer operational questions, and identify opportunities without needing to manually review large volumes of conversations.

I've also been impressed by how collaborative the product team is. Customer feedback is clearly reflected in the roadmap, and new features are released quickly, making it feel like the platform is constantly improving alongside our needs.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

The area I'd most like to see improved is the administrative experience. Rippit has made incredible progress on its AI capabilities, but some of the foundational administration workflows still feel like they're part of an older generation of the product.

Tasks like configuring users, assigning roles and permissions, and managing workspace access aren't always as intuitive as the newer AI experiences. As we've started adopting newer capabilities like the Claude integration, we've found ourselves relying on these legacy administrative workflows more frequently, which can create friction.

I'd love to see the same level of innovation applied to administration and access management. More flexible role-based permissions, a more modern user management experience, and continued investment in these core workflows would make the overall platform feel much more cohesive.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rippit, our Quality program primarily relied on manual QA scorecards, which meant we could only review a small percentage of customer interactions. While those reviews were valuable for coaching individual agents, they made it difficult to quickly identify broader customer experience trends or operational issues.

Rippit is helping us evolve from a traditional QA model to an AI-powered quality intelligence program. Instead of analyzing only 1–2% of interactions, we're working toward understanding patterns across our entire conversation volume, allowing us to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and operational opportunities much faster.

One example was after launching an internal chatbot, when we noticed CSAT declining over several days. Using Rippit, we were able to quickly analyze conversations, identify the primary drivers behind the trend, and share those insights with the appropriate stakeholders within hours. Previously, that type of analysis would have required significant manual effort and taken much longer to produce.

Beyond efficiency, the biggest benefit has been changing the role of our Quality team—from primarily measuring agent performance to generating business insights that influence coaching, operations, product improvements, and the overall customer experience.

  ### 4. Rippit Turns QA Scorecards into Scalable Conversation Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed B. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

One of the biggest upsides of Rippit is that it helps us move away from a classic, checklist-style QA tool and toward real conversation analysis. Rather than simply scoring agents against a fixed rubric on a small sample of tickets, Rippit lets us dig into the substance of every conversation at scale, pulling out root cause, contact reason, resolution quality, and product signal. That shift from “grading agents” to “understanding what’s actually happening in tickets” brings forward insights like avoidable volume, at-risk accounts, and recurring product issues things a traditional QA scorecard would never catch.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

One limitation we've run into is that analysis doesn't always run across all tickets — sometimes it only covers a subset, which means we can't always be fully confident the insights reflect the whole picture. For a tool built around understanding what's happening across every conversation, it would be a big improvement if enrichment/analysis could reliably run on the full ticket population every time, rather than sometimes only partial coverage.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit is helping us move away from manual, sample-based QA toward analyzing conversations at scale. Instead of only reviewing a small handful of tickets per agent, we can surface root cause, contact reasons, and resolution quality across a much broader set of conversations. That gives us a clearer, more representative picture of what's actually driving contacts, where we're losing time on avoidable issues, and which accounts are at risk — insights that would take a lot of manual effort to pull together otherwise. The main benefit is that we can spend less time grading individual agents and more time acting on patterns that actually improve the support experience and reduce unnecessary volume.

  ### 5. Deep Conversation Analytics That Surfaces Critical Escalations at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari A. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

What I like best is the depth of Rippit's conversation analytics — and how easily I can get to it through the Claude integration. Instead of hand-scoring a handful of tickets, I ask a question in plain English and Rippit reads the full transcript of every conversation, chat and phone alike, and makes a real judgment on each one. It isn't keyword matching or skimming subject lines; it understands what actually happened in the conversation.

The example that sold me: I needed to catch escalations brewing across thousands of support conversations. Rippit tagged every single one for severity and whether the issue got resolved, then surfaced the critical, unresolved cases — including a phone call whose subject line gave nothing away but whose transcript was clearly urgent. A tag- or subject-based system would have missed it, and finding it by hand at that volume just isn't possible.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Most of my friction is with the worksheet and filtering experience rather than the analytics themselves. The one that trips me up most is that filters are type-sensitive in a way that isn't obvious — if a column is stored as a number, the default text "contains" filter silently returns nothing, so it looks like a record is missing when it's actually right there. You only find out after some trial and error. Smarter filter defaults, or a warning when a filter can't match a column's type, would save a lot of head-scratching.

My bigger ask is around the reliability of saved and recurring work. I've had a scheduled job quietly return empty results — and cheerfully report "all clear" — because the underlying table and columns it referenced had changed, so it was silently filtering everything out. Since worksheets and columns are keyed by opaque IDs, that kind of drift is hard to catch until you go looking. I'd love clearer signals when a saved workflow's references go stale, plus a guardrail so a run that returns nothing isn't treated as good news.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing Rippit solves for me is that our most useful signal is buried inside thousands of support conversations, and until now nobody could actually read them at scale. Rippit turns that messy pile of conversations into real data I can ask questions of. I can go "why are fans contacting us this week," "what's the root cause behind these," "what are people most frustrated about," and it reads the full transcripts and hands me back something structured I can slice and trust. Stuff that used to be a gut feeling is now something I can actually see.

Where that really pays off is catching things while they're happening. When something spikes, say a big on-sale sends a wave of complaints in, I can point Rippit at it and find out what's actually going wrong in fans' own words, fast, instead of waiting on a report or eyeballing a handful of tickets and hoping they're representative. That's changed how quickly we can react, and who we can flag it to.

've thrown thousands of conversations at it in one go, full transcripts and not summaries, and it comes back fast with something I can work with right away. It doesn't fall over on big tables, and once a run is set up the results stay consistent. For digging into what fans are actually saying, at real volume and on demand, it's been quick and dependable, and that's the reason I keep reaching for it.

  ### 6. Rippit Is a Game-Changer—Seamless Reporting, Coaching, and AskRippit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca R. | Customer Experience Quality Assurance Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit has been a game changer for me! I consider the team to be a part of CX as they've been an integral part of my journey since implementation a few months back. Using the tool is very straightforward and consistently a seamless experience whether I'm building monthly reports to identify key themes or friction points in Zendesk/Pylon integrations, developing the coaching program for frontline support, or using Claude to quickly analyze and/or test new skills. AskRippit is my favorite feature and let's be honest who can resist the fun frog mascots? 100% worth every penny. Let it rip!

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

This is a tough one as there's not much I dislike about Rippit. Initially, it was hard to gain buy in for an organization who did not have a quality program prior. This has since been resolved with the rollout of the Claude connector. One update that would be beneficial is having a monthly/quarterly cadence to meet with the head of an organization to ensure the strategy remains in alignment.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit enables me to quickly hone in on friction points and customer sentiment in frontline support tickets. I can build a report within the same day turnaround with actionable recommendations that the team can begin strategizing.

  ### 7. Powerful Insights, Faster Decisions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thalia A. | VOC/QA Analysts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit has become much more than a QA tool for us. The automated evaluations are great, but the biggest value is being able to quickly identify trends, understand why customers are contacting us, and perform risk analysis at scale. The AI-generated transcripts and summaries make it easy to find patterns and pull insights that would have taken much longer to identify manually.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Sometimes the AI reports aren't fully accurate. I've noticed occasional issues with date ranges, and when analyzing large worksheets, the insights are often based on only a sample of tickets instead of the full dataset. It would be great if large datasets were analyzed more comprehensively by default.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit has significantly reduced the time it takes to analyze customer interactions at scale. It helps me identify trends, contact drivers, and risk patterns quickly, making it easier to share data-driven insights

  ### 8. The force multiplier that lets one person run a whole support operation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I run customer support operations for two product lines essentially on my own, with a BPO vendor handling front-line volume. Rippit is what makes that math work. The thing I reach for constantly is its ability to take a raw slice of Zendesk tickets and let me actually interrogate it — tag themes, score sentiment, flag reopens, extract the "why" behind a spike — without me hand-reading hundreds of tickets. It reads the full conversation, not just a subject line, so the categorization holds up. What used to be a day of manual tagging is now a worksheet and a few enrichment columns.

It's also become my single window into customer calls. Being able to pull Gong transcripts, summaries, and sentiment through Rippit means I can prep for onboarding and strategy calls, or understand what actually happened on one, without living in yet another tool. Tickets and calls in one place is a big deal when you're a team of one.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Honestly very little. If I'm reaching: there's a real learning curve to building the right worksheet-and-enrichment workflow, and once you see how much it can do you start wanting it wired into everything, which is on me, not the tool.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm one person overseeing QA, voice-of-customer, ticket quality, and vendor enablement for two distinct product lines. Rippit lets me supervise ticket quality at scale, spot patterns our BPO vendor needs coached on, and back my recommendations with evidence instead of gut feel. The practical benefit is leverage — it gives me the analytical output of a much larger ops team, so I can stay hands-on where it matters (unblocking the vendor, catching issues early) and let the tool do the heavy reading. It's genuinely central to how I do my job.

  ### 9. A Valuable Tool for Business Analysis and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esmeralda H. | QA / Buisness analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

How quickly it helps create clear, professional content. It saves time by simplifying the process of presenting reports, analysis, and key insights in an engaging format. I especially appreciate its ease of use, AI-powered content generation, and the ability to produce polished results with minimal manual effort, making it easier to communicate findings to stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

What I may dislikeOne area for improvement is that ticket IDs are sometimes missing or not captured consistently. This can make it more difficult to trace issues, reference specific tickets, and maintain accurate reporting.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit helps solve several business challenges by significantly reducing the time required to review and analyze large volumes of information. Its AI capabilities automatically categorize data in bulk, making it easier to identify patterns and prioritize work. I use it to analyze customer support tickets, identify accounts that are at risk of churn, and generate actionable insights. It also helps me create reports for the sales team by highlighting key trends, explaining the reasons behind those trends, and quantifying their business impact. This enables faster decision-making and improves collaboration across teams.

  ### 10. Turning Client Conversations into Actionable AI-Powered Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Advisory Board Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit makes it easy to turn a large volume of client conversations into actionable insights. The conversation analytics help us identify trends in sentiment, agent performance, coaching opportunities, and recurring client issues without manually reviewing every interaction. The Claude Connected App has been especially valuable because it allows our leaders to explore Rippit’s conversation data naturally, ask follow-up questions, and quickly surface insights that would otherwise take significant time to find.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Some of the more advanced AI and integration capabilities are still evolving, so there are opportunities to make setup, reporting, and the discovery of available workflows even more intuitive. That said, the Rippit team has been highly responsive to feedback and has moved quickly to improve the experience.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit is helping us turn a large volume of client conversations into usable, actionable intelligence. It centralizes conversation data and helps us identify sentiment trends, recurring client issues, coaching opportunities, and gaps in the customer experience without relying on manual call reviews.

The feedback analytics and insight engines have helped our leadership team move from individual examples to broader, data-supported themes. The Claude integration through MCP has also made the information more accessible by allowing us to ask natural-language questions, investigate trends, and get to relevant conversations faster. This is helping us improve coaching, prioritize operational changes, and make better decisions based on the voice of the client.

  ### 11. Transforms Customer Data into Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blanca P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I appreciate Rippit's ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights in an efficient way. The flexibility to create customized worksheets and leverage AI-powered columns allows us to tailor analysis to our specific needs and quickly identify the most relevant information. I also value how Rippit empowers our teams to go beyond manual reporting, enabling us to spend more time on analyzing trends and customer insights rather than just compiling data. The initial setup was relatively easy, and while there was a learning curve, it became intuitive as we got familiar with its features. Overall, the more we use Rippit, the more value we get out of it.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Overall, my experience with Rippit has been very positive. One area that could be improved is the accuracy of AI when interpreting dates. Occasionally, I notice that the AI associates a date mentioned in the notes with the analysis, even when it doesn't match the actual ticket creation date or the relevant event. Improving the contextual understanding of dates would make the analysis even more accurate and reliable.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippit to simplify account analysis, identify trends, and extract insights. It reduces manual work and enhances analysis speed by using customized worksheets and AI, enabling data-driven decisions.

  ### 12. Ask Rippit and AI Columns Speed Up Voice of Customer Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Ask Rippit and the AI columns you can create in worksheets is a great help in gathering voice of customer data quickly. I believe it is worth the price, it's become an extremely valuable tool for us. I believe it is worth the price, it's become an extremely valuable tool for us. I believe it is worth the price, it's become an extremely valuable tool for us. I believe it is worth the price, it's become an extremely valuable tool for us. I believe it is worth the price, it's become an extremely valuable tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

The UI is a little clunky, when trying to show it to new people I've often had to go over the same ground multiple times to get them to understand. When I have an issue doing something, Rippit often doesn't provide good feedback on how to correct it.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting investigations for multiple departments quickly and efficiently.

  ### 13. Fantastic for QA and Customer Sentiment Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit does a great job of giving folks a headstart on various aspects of their interactions with customers. We use it both for QA and for general classification of customer sentiment and reaction. It's been fantastic at helping us understand what's really going on. I believe it is very much worth the price.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

It's currently a product in transition from one version of itself to another, and as such, there are some growing pains. It can be difficult to navigate the UI from time to time as well, but it's clear they are prioritizing improvements.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit gives us much more at-hand information regarding how our customers and our support agents are interacting. It has helped us intervene in situations where customer sentiment is trailing long before it becomes a serious or lasting problem.

  ### 14. Irreplaceable — Turns Conversations into Insights in Minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

Rippit helps me dig deeper into conversations, beyond the surface, so I can uncover meaningful insights in less time.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

Some parts of the tool take a little time to get used to, but once I started using it regularly, it becomes much more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been able to leverage Rippit to take on time-consuming tasks, which has freed me up to surface critical insights from our customers and partners while scaling our quality program.

  ### 15. Rich Insights and Great Integrations at a Reasonable Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen B. | VP Enterprise Customer Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

Rippit is a rich source of data. I use the MCP in beta to help with customer insights that improve the overall experience. The integrations with our ticketing system are great. The AI classifiers allow me to identify tangible revenue opportunities. The pricing model is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

The UI/UX can feel clunky at times as it's not always intuitive or easy to understand how to create what we need.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding employee performance, the customer experience, revenue opportunities, and risk mitigation.

  ### 16. Transformative AI for HR Insights, Could Improve Export Functions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I really like how Rippit handles unstructured conversation data like quantitative metrics and its accessible design for different team members, regardless of their data expertise. The AI-powered theme detection is a game-changer for me, as it automatically scans dialogue threads and identifies recurring topics, saving me from manually sifting through numerous messages. I don't have to guess which issues impact multiple employees because Rippit flags persistent questions and pain points. I also appreciate how Rippit democratizes conversation intelligence, making insights accessible to relevant team members and not just managers. This ensures everyone stays aligned on emerging employee concerns. Furthermore, it helps reduce our reliance on formal staff surveys, which often have low participation, by analyzing ongoing organic conversations to spot issues in real time. These strengths really set Rippit apart from basic reporting tools, as it transforms disjointed chats and emails into actionable people insights. This allows me to proactively refine onboarding materials, clarify internal policies, and improve employee support.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

We notice gaps within the tool’s export functionality. I frequently need to export analyzed conversation data to Microsoft Excel to combine insights with our internal attendance records and payroll tracking spreadsheets. Current export outputs require extensive formatting adjustments to match our document standards, adding recurring administrative overhead. One key request is more flexible custom alert configuration. Right now, alerts are fairly generic and cannot be finely tuned to our HR-specific risk signals. I would like to set up targeted notifications whenever conversations spike around themes such as payroll delays, onboarding complaints or burnout-related feedback. Currently, I have to manually check dashboards on a regular schedule instead of receiving proactive alerts focused on our highest-priority employee topics. This means emerging issues may not be spotted immediately between my periodic reviews. I also hope to see better options for segmented conversation filtering based on employee groups. We separate staff by departments and employment types including permanent employees and temporary workers. Rippit does not make it straightforward to lock saved dashboards filtered to these groups. Every time I prepare reports for leadership, I need to reapply all filtering parameters manually, which creates repetitive setup work. The basic account setup, creating user accounts and assigning fundamental viewing permissions within Rippit was fairly straightforward and did not demand advanced technical knowledge. However, configuring the platform to match our internal HR workflows proved significantly more time-consuming. The biggest challenge stemmed from working with German conversation data. After importing transcripts from Microsoft Teams and Outlook, I quickly found the AI struggled with local HR terminology and nuanced German phrasing. I had to run multiple test imports, review early analysis outputs, and manually flag recurring misclassification issues to establish reliable baseline performance. There are no pre-built templates optimized for internal HR operations; most default configurations target customer support use cases. I needed to build custom themes and filters from scratch to track topics such as new hire onboarding questions, payroll inquiries and attendance policy confusion. Our company has no dedicated data analyst, so all customization, ongoing data auditing and report preparation falls entirely on my workload. If Rippit included stronger native German language processing and ready-to-use HR operational templates, the onboarding burden would be drastically lowered. Less time spent refining platform settings and cleaning mislabeled conversation threads would free me to focus on core HR responsibilities including employee administration, attendance tracking, new staff onboarding and basic payroll coordination. Our small enterprise does not have a dedicated data or people analytics specialist. All recurring platform maintenance, manual correction of misclassified German dialogue threads, and report formatting work lands fully on my plate as HR Administrator. This lean staffing means the manual overhead created by Rippit’s limitations cannot be split between multiple colleagues. Every hour spent adjusting the platform takes away from time I can allocate to core daily tasks: employee management, attendance verification, new hire onboarding coordination and basic payroll organisation for our Frankfurt-based workforce.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit turns unstructured conversations into actionable insights, helping me identify and address internal pain points like onboarding issues and payroll questions without heavy manual review. It reduces dependency on surveys and supports decision-making with evidence-based trends, enhancing our team's ability to manage employee communications effectively.

  ### 17. Enhanced Call Analysis, Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I really like Rippit for its ability to auto classify interactions and turn them into actionable insights. It helps me find areas of improvement and identify individuals who overcame objections to teach the rest of my team how to be better. I also appreciate that it allows me to look at 100% of call interactions, which is a huge step up from the 10% sample size I used to rely on. This has enabled me to scale effectively and categorize calls far better than before. The platform has helped us increase our rate of pivoting on objections from 15% to 32%. Overall, I find these features incredibly helpful for enhancing our team's performance.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

I think manually running the workbooks every single time could be improved. It would be nice if that was a little bit more intuitive with our data. Also, the initial setup was a little challenging; it took some sessions to get it sorted.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippit to review 100% of call interactions instead of a 10% sample, allowing for effective scaling and better call categorization without relying on agent classification. It also auto-classifies interactions, providing actionable insights to improve team performance.

  ### 18. User-Friendly for Daily Ticket Grading, but Dashboard and Rubric Building Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

The upsides of using Rippit: I find the day-to-day use—such as grading and evaluating tickets—to be very user-friendly. I also find that customer support is genuinely helpful when it comes to identifying issues and troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

I think some of the tool’s operational and build features could be improved. For instance, creating dashboards and rubrics isn’t always a smooth experience from a usability standpoint. I also feel the user profile experience could be more intuitive and polished overall.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the main problem Rippit is solving is that, with the new Workspace features, we’re able to provide much more insight at a deeper level in half the time.

  ### 19. Deep Analysis Drives Quick Insights, But UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I like Rippit for its deep dive analysis capability, which lets us thoroughly examine entire sets of conversations and gain more than just surface-level insights. This feature helps us spot trends sooner rather than waiting for a problem to arise. I also appreciate being able to set up specific worksheets and workbooks for various teams, which are great for identifying individual agent strengths, product issues, and escalations. The deep dive analysis and the ability to create customized reports are standout features for me. Additionally, the support was great in helping us get set up.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

I think the user interface could be a little bit more user-friendly. It can take multiple clicks to get to the place that you want to be. Additionally, some work items can only be handled by Rippit support staff, which means that you're waiting for a response to be able to complete certain actions. For example, adding additional columns to your workbook currently requires the Rippit support team to do it for you, and that can hinder your ability to run analysis until they've completed their work on their end.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit allows us to move from small sample QA analysis to deep analysis of 100% of our conversations, helping us act quickly, find deeper trends, and support multiple teams simultaneously.

  ### 20. Transformative Insights Engine for Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I love that Rippit helps us turn unstructured client feedback into structured data, which is crucial when working with a product or engineering team since they need hard data, not just anecdotes. The ability to upload our product map into Rippit and have it instantly create an AI category column has been one of the things I've loved most. It allows us to assign cases to the right product managers, saving hours of dispatch and letting our team be more proactive. We're able to send a report out once a week, enabling the product team to take action on clear data, which wasn't possible before.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

I would really like Rippit to retain data for longer. There's some cutoffs that make using it for a holistic account summary a little more difficult, especially regarding whether an agent is still marked available or not. If an agent has never been made available, you can pull those cases in, but they aren't retained as long. So if you have departments that are utilizing cases in your ticketing system like Zendesk or Salesforce or Jira, and there's never a transcript or emails because it's all internal, there's a certain period where you lose that information or insight. Now, they're not gone from your ticketing system, but they're no longer brought into those summaries, and I am concerned that will eventually impact the integrity of the data.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit provides deep insights beyond quality assurance, helping us engage proactively with clients at risk of churning by using risk signals. It turns client feedback into structured data, empowering teams to be proactive with cases, and offers 100% call volume insights in clients' own words.

  ### 21. Unlocking Deeper Insights with Rippit Transcript Analysis Using the Rippit Connector for Claude

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

Unlike rigid alternative platforms, Rippit's flexibility ensured a smooth integration without data restructuring.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

While the Gemini Ask Rippit feature occasionally exhibits hallucinations or references incorrect data fields, the Rippit Connector for Claude consistently delivers highly accurate, reliable queries.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippit's AI classifiers provide explicit reasoning and direct quotes for every result, eliminating the need to review entire contact logs to trace data sources while significantly streamlining the aggregation of textual insights.

  ### 22. Automations and AI Chat Support Make Everything Smoother

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippit?**

I really like the automations and the AI chat support. They make the experience smoother and more convenient overall.

**What do you dislike about Rippit?**

There’s noticeable lag between the connector and ZD, which impacts our ability to do real-time analysis until the connector finishes re-syncing.

**What problems is Rippit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MCP enables me to do deep analysis on huge volume of tickets and get detailed information on conversations and customer sentiment, which is massive benefit as it saves me tons of hours on a weekly basis!
its a game changer!
