Following the advice could be a life saver **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Frank M. | Senior Director of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024 **What do you like best about Riot?** It is eays to use. the sessions are not too long and reasonably entertaining. The content is very valuable in alerting users to all kinds of scams they may encounter, how to recognize them, and what to do. **What do you dislike about Riot?** There is no ryhm of reason (that I can see) behind the topics that arrive in my inbox. They just crop up at random. Whilst the sessions are short, there is content that is not informative and that is a disttraction in the end—it is OK for the purpose of going through the excersie but there are no concise summaries such as: If X happens; Do Y : Don't do Z. Something very concise and memorable. It would be useful to have such information displayed in the form of a crib sheet. Otherwise users forget contetn—this has been proven recently by your quizz of what we have remembered! **What problems is Riot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awareness of scams ### 2. Pretty slick, until you realize it doesn't work on Comcast Business **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sean R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023 **What do you like best about Riot?** Easy to set up, easy integrations with Slack and Google Workspace. No cringey videos. The "chat" format is fun and unique. **What do you dislike about Riot?** Their phishing training simply doesn't work on Comcast Business connections; Comcast's "SecurityEdge" feature thinks that the phishing training links are actual phishing and blocks them via DNS hijacking. I have reported this to Riot and they said it wasn't their problem. So one of Riot's main products is literally unusable for a large portion of the population. SecurityEdge cannot be bypassed via an allowlist and cannot be permanently disabled, and removing it from an account actually *increases* your monthly bill and removes other features, like 4G backup. Also, Riot does not support quizzes for users that allow admins to see how well users are learning. The only way to test them is with phishing training, which obviously only tests how good they are at avoiding phishing (not other security practices). It also doesn't support "lookalike" site URLs; all the phishing emails go to loginform.net, so users can simply tune out the second they see that link.
