Their feed syndication is like clockwork. When they say the feed information is going out, it is going out. I've used 3 different local listing management companies in the past and this is the only one I know i can trust to get the job done when they say it will be done. I've used 3 different platforms and these guys seriously stand out from the rest I've used in the past. When they say they can help you out you can take it to the bank. Rio helps us manage the tricky tasks of fixing discrepancies, saving us hours of dealing with platforms such as Google My Business. The aggregated reporting provides great insights for our clients and they are always happy to help us prepare decks communicating the benefits of their product. Most tasks can be managed easily in the platform but there are many custom fields needed to properly submit feeds to all the directories.
