Rinto is an AI knowledge transfer platform for companies where people change roles or leave. When someone resigns, most of what they know about the job leaves with them. Rinto captures it before their last day. Rinto holds structured interviews with the person who is leaving. It asks follow-up questions based on their answers and reads the documents they share. It then writes a role document that covers how the job really works: the tasks, the people, the exceptions and the reasons behind decisions. From that role document Rinto builds structured onboarding documentation for the successor. Managers and HR run handovers from one dashboard and see what has been captured for each role. Rinto runs on EU-hosted cloud and works AI model agnostic.
