Ringostat has changed the workflow of our company. As our business became lager we decided to install call tracking. We were recommended to work with Ringostat so we decided to try it. We started with the free trial and it was quite impressive! However, later we understood that our business is rather specific so we pick up "Enterprise" pricing. It was 2 years ago but we are still happy with it. We use combined call tracking as we have both online and offline advertisements (billboards). One more great thing for us is the "Callback" button with callback form. The coolest here is that the button can change the size and color. It was quite important for us as our website is colorful so we wanted the button to match it. Ringostat Smart Phone is also a great feature for our sales reps. It increased our customers' loyalty a lot! But the thing here is that due to Ringostat Smart Phone we know the website pages that are mostly visited by our customers. Ringostat Smart Phone is a great solution for calls in Google Chrome. Everything is intuitive and as easy like calling from a smartphone. In order to call, our managers just need to open the site and click on the phone number. If the phone is not clickable it is also easy to call by two clicks. There are different types of call transfer. Now in our company, there is a rule it uses soft call transfer. When transferring a call to a colleague, they must make sure that he is there and ready to answer. Also, our managers can pause a call during a call. The best thing for us about using Ringostat is phone number substitution by geolocation and have the opportunity to manage phone number allocation in pools. We use the phone numbers in client's areas to make it seem like we are local to them. We always know how many actual numbers from the pool are used. And we can, in the case of reduced attendance, turn off unnecessary ones, or respond promptly to a shortage. The ability to fix the cancellation of the substitution by the list of IP addresses is a special opportunity Ringostat, which we use.
