What do you like best?

We decided to choose Ringostat because of precise and clear statistics of reports on calls. The service is stable and employees from the support team are always involved in our tasks. We use callback as an analytical tool. It shows us statistics on customers in the call log. It displays where customers who ordered callback are coming from. What do you dislike?

Our feedback is positive we haven't faced any issues yet. But the service may seem a bit complicated for a person who sees it at the first time because of the range of products and opportunities. What do you like best?

Our company receives requests made by phones every day. So we needed to control sales reps and the number of missed calls. But our main goal was to track sources of calls to optimize ad budgets. Call tracking and virtual PBX fully covered our needs. Ringostat's virtual PBX allowed us to listen to the recordings of conversations. That's how we reduced the number of junk calls. What do you like best?

"Initially, we appealed to Ringostat as we needed Virtual PBX. We were especially interested in the voice menu as our customers we struggling with the complex structure of the company. Then we had a product demonstration and discovered Ringostat Smart Phone. We understood that it's what we were looking for — a tool that will facilitate the work with customers for our sales reps. What do you like best?

We were searching for a tool that would allow optimizing ad campaigns. After comparing different tools and companies, we decided to choose Ringostat. This company offers unique opportunities for a business. For campaign optimization, we use call tracking and end-to-end analytics. We used call tracking to define sources of calls and keywords of companies; as a result, we mentioned that some campaigns bring junk leads.That's how we stopped these campaigns and launched more appropriate ones. What do you like best?

Like any company, we strive to increase our sales. We have used Ringostat call tracking for a long time and it helps us to improve our results. Ringostat is always in development. And now I use their new extension in Chrome with Ringostat Insider. With Ringostat Insider, we receive information about our client before the call. At the time of the call, the manager sees the report:

- which product does the customer choose on the site

- what kind of advertising it came from

- keywords and much more.

Ringostat has integration with different CRM. Due to this, we save data automatically in one system. We can make reports on calls for more than 30 parameters. What do you like best?

We use Ringostat Smart Phone. This is a new Chrome extension. We can call from any page in the browser in one click. It is very convenient and time-saving. What do you like best?

Ringostat is a great service to track calls. It is easy to use with lots of data on calls. It is important for us to track call statistics by advertising sources. Ringostat helped us find out which ad brings the most traffic. Also we know which keywords are used our leads more often. We increased the bids on these keywords to get the most impressions. What do you like best?

Ringostat is the best service. I can easily 1) to find details about calls 2) to get reports I want. I can save the filter and I am not having to add that each time 3) to send reports by email. After each call our managers tag calls. It helps us to make qualitative analysis call reports.

What do you like best?

We use Ringostat to optimize our advertising budget. About 60% of requests that we receive are calls. We liked Ringostat as it has a flexible system that can be applied to many of our business needs. The main goal was to understand the revenue from launched ad campaigns so we tried Ringostat end-to-end analytics and it turned out that we've been losing many calls! Ringostat can automatically count ROI it has data and reports which makes our work routine much easier. What do you like best?

Ringostat has changed the workflow of our company. As our business became lager we decided to install call tracking. We were recommended to work with Ringostat so we decided to try it. We started with the free trial and it was quite impressive! However, later we understood that our business is rather specific so we pick up "Enterprise" pricing. It was 2 years ago but we are still happy with it. We use combined call tracking as we have both online and offline advertisements (billboards). One more great thing for us is the "Callback" button with callback form. The coolest here is that the button can change the size and color. It was quite important for us as our website is colorful so we wanted the button to match it. Ringostat Smart Phone is also a great feature for our sales reps. It increased our customers' loyalty a lot! But the thing here is that due to Ringostat Smart Phone we know the website pages that are mostly visited by our customers. We installed call tracking as we wanted to understand the number of calls to the company, track their sources, as well as understand the work of each channel. Ringostat gave us all the needed data but we received even more than we expected. Thus, we implemented the "Call me" button and hid the substituted numbers so now only interested in our product customers are calling us. We use dynamic call tracking. Our main goal was to stop spending money where the results are not being seen. Ringostat has an excellent call log. We see the keywords in the interface, that users follow. We also analyze call records and conversation. It's important to know what customers say when they come from our marketing campaign. Then we compare the result. It is easy for us to determine why people come from advertising but don't move along the sales funnel. What do you like best?

Ringostat Smart Phone is a great solution for calls in Google Chrome. Everything is intuitive and as easy like calling from a smartphone. In order to call, our managers just need to open the site and click on the phone number. If the phone is not clickable it is also easy to call by two clicks. There are different types of call transfer. Now in our company, there is a rule it uses soft call transfer. When transferring a call to a colleague, they must make sure that he is there and ready to answer. Also, our managers can pause a call during a call. What do you like best?

Great quality. Good IVR settings. We lose new calls to our company because managers phones are busy. We decided to use an interactive line. If all managers are busy, you can hear a voice message asking you to wait a few minutes. We changed the standard beeps with music. What do you like best?

The best thing for us about using Ringostat is phone number substitution by geolocation and have the opportunity to manage phone number allocation in pools. We use the phone numbers in client's areas to make it seem like we are local to them. We always know how many actual numbers from the pool are used. And we can, in the case of reduced attendance, turn off unnecessary ones, or respond promptly to a shortage. The ability to fix the cancellation of the substitution by the list of IP addresses is a special opportunity Ringostat, which we use. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

We like working with Ringostat because they are doing everything to help increase conversion on their client's sites. They made a free callback widget for their clients. We set up a time period after which the callback is shown automatically to the visitor of our site. Now managers of our company call back to the client in few seconds. What do you like best?

"With Ringostat you can both set up a call center for outbound calls and track the inbound calls from your advertising campaigns.

Ringostat provides cloud PBX and SIP numbers available for rent, which means that you don’t need to connect any other service to start making calls. Moreover, there are a number of analytical reports generated by Ringostat that help supervise the work of call agents (the distribution of missed calls by day and time of the day report.) As for tracking inbound calls, Ringostat provides all the information available on the call - source, channel, campaign, keyword. Ringostat has one of the best integrations with Google Analytics among call tracking services (it’s an official partner of GA). It can transmit to GA not only the event of the inbound call, but also the call statuses, and even the number of the one who called. What do you like best?

I like that reps really care about you and always ready to help. Customer Support has great knowledge, and when I experienced a complicated technical issue they resolved it really fast. What do you like best?

Ringostat can save filters in many parameters. For example, to the clients' geography, by the hold time, track where conversions are coming from, distribution calls by day of the week and time and many others. We sort non-targeted calls and not take it into account in end-to-end analytics. Thus, we get better analytics multi-channel funnels reporting.

What do you like best?

With Ringostat, we set up a substitution of numbers by geolocation. We've increased sales in other regions of the country due to the fact that our customers see the phone numbers of their region.
