Ringlite is the AI-ready business phone system for teams of every size, from one person to a large call floor. Business numbers, calling from the browser, texting and voicemail live in one shared inbox, so everyone sees every call and text with a customer. Ringlite is organized the way real teams work. Departments group people with the phone lines they work, so adding a person gives them every line in that department. An org chart with team leads lets managers read, reply and call on the lines of the people who report to them, backed by roles, supervisor tools and an audit log. AI is built in, not bolted on. An AI voice agent answers overflow and after-hours calls, uses your knowledge base, can book appointments and hands off to a person. AI also drafts replies to incoming texts for your team to send. The AI voice agent is included on Business and Custom plans, with AI minutes metered. Pricing is one monthly price per team, not per seat. Starter is $15 a month for 1 user and 1 number. Team is $45 a month for 3 users, 3 numbers and 200 shared call minutes. Business is $130 a month for 10 users, 10 numbers and 1,000 shared call minutes, with no user limit. Custom plans are quoted for larger teams. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Every number has E911, texting uses built-in 10DLC registration, and coverage is the 48 contiguous US states.
