I’m also totally obsessed with the device flip feature. I can start a meeting on my laptop and seamlessly switch it to my phone if I need to grab a snack or head out, and nobody even realizes I changed devices. On top of that, the AI summaries are a total lifesaver since they automatically capture the key points and to-do lists, so I don’t have to worry about missing a detail if I get distracted for a second. On the other hand, it can definitely feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, simply because there are so many buttons and settings crammed into one place. If you’re not using every single feature, the interface starts to feel a bit heavy compared to more minimal apps, and I’ve had plenty of moments where I’m just hunting around for one simple setting. It can also turn into a headache if you ever need to change your plan or reach support, since you usually have to wait on an account manager instead of being able to fix it yourself in a couple of clicks. I use RingCentral Video for a remote pharmacy location to monitor prescription fills at the pharmacy, which allows the pharmacist to view the prescriptions being filled on video while being onsite at the drugstore.
