I primarily use the internal meetings, calling functionality, and texting capabilities, and I find these features to be quite simple. The alerts that come through are nonintrusive, and I appreciate being able to reject a call if I'm in the middle of another meeting. I also like that I can directly text my partners without using my personal device, allowing me to communicate effectively while forwarding data through to my cell phone without giving out my personal cell phone number. I really enjoy the ease of use with RingCentral Video, as it allows me to conduct video conferencing smoothly. The AI transcripts are a wonderful feature because they mean we don't have to take notes during meetings. This makes meetings shorter and more effective. Also, I appreciate that I can have instant meetings without requiring travel, which helps solve problems quickly and efficiently.
