I really like that RingCentral Video is just one platform for phone messaging, phone calling, and even videos. It's extremely helpful that everything is integrated into the same platform. Another big plus is that it's very mobile-friendly, which makes it very easy to use for everyone. The nicest thing about RingCentral is the connection; we've never had an issue with it. It's very stable and mostly clear, which is extremely helpful. Plus, it makes the service extremely reliable, especially towards clients, helping to build credibility.
