This platform enables user to smoothly organize and synchronize an event that was really difficult to do without this platform. I love this platform as it provides almost all needed tools to launch a webinar or meeting effectively. This platform can schedule and organize the event meticulously. It enables the detailed planning of the event as who will deliver to the audience and what topic will the entire event be about. I also love the capability of this platform to launch the meeting in hybrid model allowing a more better reach of the information to be delivered. The platform also provides detailed information of the schedule about the venue and timing too. I love this platform for its capability to manage the registration and tickets online. I love the capability of this platform to brand the event. Other than this , It also provides capability to manage offline events efficiently. The sharing and tracking capability of this platform is commendable. I also love the recording feature of this platform which allows the organizer to used it for record keeping or use it to be shared to attendees. I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was available in different tier which will make the pricing more moderate for the user. I also wish that the mobile application of this platform was as good as the desktop version. Other than this I also wish that there was an option on this platform to set of the meeting faster or instantly allowing user to be more efficient in handling instant needs of meetings and webinars. I wish that there was an AI assistant that could assist in answering common questions or even assist in creating forms for the user. RingCentral Events has been useful for managing webinars and online educational events in a more organized way. It helps keep registrations, attendees, webinar activities, and event communication together, which makes planning easier. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. I regularly conduct nutrition awareness sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions, educational webinars, and online learning sessions. Because of this, I need a platform that helps me manage webinars and attendee communication without creating extra work. It makes webinar planning and management feel more organized. Creating an event, setting up registrations, inviting attendees, and preparing sessions does not feel complicated. I was able to create and set up a webinar without much difficulty. I often conduct sessions on nutrition, healthy eating habits, weight management, thyroid awareness, and lifestyle improvement. Features like registration pages, attendee management, speaker invitations, reminders, live chat, polls, Q&A, and webinar recordings are very useful during these sessions. They help keep participants engaged and make educational webinars feel more interactive. Another thing I like is that registrations, attendee communication, webinar activities, and recordings stay connected in one place. This saves time and makes it easier to keep everything organized before and after a session. Recordings are also helpful because people who miss a webinar can watch it later. I use the platform quite regularly for educational webinars and awareness programs. I started using RingCentral Events to join and organize online sessions for student activities and webinars. I usually check the event agenda before joining so I know what is coming next. The live chat helps me ask questions without interrupting the speaker, and I like using the polls because they keep the session more interactive. After the event, I sometimes watch the session recordings if I missed a part or want to go through a topic again. These are the features I end up using the most whenever I attend an event. What I like most is how much control it gives you without making the event setup feel overwhelming. We've used it for webinars as well as larger online events, and being able to customise registration pages, organise sessions, and manage speakers from one dashboard saves a lot of back and forth. During the event, the streaming has been stable, attendees can interact through chat and polls without it feeling distracting, and the AI-generated clips after the event have been genuinely useful for creating follow-up content instead of starting from scratch. There isn't anything that has stopped us from using it, but the first event definitely took longer to set up than expected because there are so many configuration options. Once you understand the workflow it becomes much easier, but first-time users could benefit from a bit more guidance inside the platform. Before using RingCentral Events, we were juggling separate tools for registrations, live sessions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups. Bringing everything into one platform has made the whole process much easier to manage. We can track registrations, keep attendees engaged during the event with polls and Q&A, and use the analytics afterwards to understand which sessions attracted the most interest. The AI-generated clips have also helped us extend the value of an event by quickly creating content for email campaigns and social media instead of letting the recordings sit unused.
