What do you like best about RingCentral Events?

The intuitive and customizable interface allowed us to create engaging and branded virtual event spaces. With its seamless integration of video, chat, and polls, Hopin fostered real-time interaction and connection between attendees. The breakout rooms feature proved invaluable for networking and conducting focused group discussions. The event analytics and reporting tools helped us measure our event success and drive data-driven decisions for future events. What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?

The mobile app could be enhanced, as we received reports from attendees about delays in audio/video. Additionally, customer support response times occasionally left us waiting for assistance on time-sensitive issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingCentral Events solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have successfully used Hopin to host various virtual events, ranging from webinars to large-scale conferences. The platform allowed us to bring together global audiences and provide them with a rich and interactive event experience. Our sales and marketing teams particularly benefitted from the lead generation and customer engagement features.
