What I like most is how much control it gives you without making the event setup feel overwhelming. We've used it for webinars as well as larger online events, and being able to customise registration pages, organise sessions, and manage speakers from one dashboard saves a lot of back and forth. During the event, the streaming has been stable, attendees can interact through chat and polls without it feeling distracting, and the AI-generated clips after the event have been genuinely useful for creating follow-up content instead of starting from scratch. There isn't anything that has stopped us from using it, but the first event definitely took longer to set up than expected because there are so many configuration options. Once you understand the workflow it becomes much easier, but first-time users could benefit from a bit more guidance inside the platform. Before using RingCentral Events, we were juggling separate tools for registrations, live sessions, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups. Bringing everything into one platform has made the whole process much easier to manage. We can track registrations, keep attendees engaged during the event with polls and Q&A, and use the analytics afterwards to understand which sessions attracted the most interest. The AI-generated clips have also helped us extend the value of an event by quickly creating content for email campaigns and social media instead of letting the recordings sit unused. There is nothing which I dislike about ring central events but I would like to give one suggestion to the app builders . What problems is RingCentral Events solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem this has solved for me is that it works on 2G and 3G networks, and on any device. There isn’t a strict requirement that your device must be fully upgraded or have specific technical specs. It benefits me in every way because, most of the time, I can’t open my tablet or laptop, so this feature becomes really useful in those scenarios. Moreover, the dashboard is very simple and easy to use. Along with the basic features, you also get an AI bot that guides you on where to click and how to use most of the features during a live event through a demo. I love the different options and variations that come with RingCentral Events, like the stage options and different rooms. All the features are great, and I feel that every year the features change so much, keeping us on our toes. I think the many features are what I love the most about RingCentral. It makes our work easier, more official, and more efficient, which also makes our job fun. With a large audience from all across the country, RingCentral allows us to move people into different rooms depending on the event. This showcases that we're on top of things, and I think our brand has become much larger because of it. I've been here in this role for the last two to three years, and we've had support staff switching out of bed, and I know we can't control that. But it's just being some type of consistency. It allows us to go well beyond the standard Zoom events without requiring a developer background. The ability to create landing pages, modify schedules, and showcase particular speakers or vendors is really helpful to keep things on our brand while allowing each event to have its own personality. It is simple in use, easy to set-up events and it is one of the most interesting events platform if you are looking for a cheap solution. I do like that you have integrations with platforms like Stripe, Stramyard etc, Regarding the platform performance I think it needs some improvement, but overall it works ok. Support is available at all times, which is nice. I am not sure about the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?
