What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I don’t really love the desktop application, so I use the app on my phone instead, which I enjoy more. The only downside is that I receive fax notifications throughout the day. That said, it’s mostly just a matter of personal preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I like how RingCentral Contact Center helps me get in contact with my clients easily and consistently. Their customer service is very helpful and proactive, which means I only have to call them once to resolve an issue. They make sure that if there's going to be a service issue, they let me know ahead of time. The initial setup of RingCentral Contact Center was very easy, and this is a big plus for my team. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I use RingCentral Contact Center for my real estate business, and I really value the call clarity. Compared to other companies I've used before, RingCentral delivers very good call connections and reception with great sound quality, whether I'm outside or in my office. I also appreciate the ability to have a separate number for my business and personal use. The configurations available, like routing calls to different places and having a desk phone in my office, are features I really like. Additionally, the AI features are helpful, such as taking AI notes and automatic language translation, and even drafting my text messages, which is really helpful. The onboarding team was very professional and knowledgeable, ensuring I knew exactly where to go in the app and how to solve any problems. What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I have been using Ring Central in our small medical practice and it has been very problematic. Slow to respond, repeatedly does not show text messages sent or received and it frequently refuses to send text messages. I have gone to "Help?" and all you get is a chat bot that runs in circles. No other help has been offered, no Ring Central person has reached out to enquire about the slow downs and system failures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I find the call and text features of RingCentral Contact Center pretty good and unique. The texting feature is particularly valuable for me as it allows me to interact with prospects in a more robust and personalized way. The calling feature is also good because it enables me to utilize a virtual number. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy on my end—just a login and I was all set. I love how interactive RingCentral Contact Center is. It's very easy to use and user-friendly. It doesn't crash and is easy to set up and customize. Sometimes when looking at the numbers and the analytics, it just doesn't match up exactly to max. There's a RingCentral, the main phone, and then Max, the extension.
