Ringback is missed-call text-back for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. When a call to the business number is missed, the caller gets a text from that same number within seconds, with the business's online booking link, so the job is not lost to the next contractor on the list. It includes an online booking page (service, day and time), separate business-hours and after-hours messages, STOP opt-out handling, leads you can mark as booked with a job value, and a dashboard showing missed calls, miss rate, time to text and recovered revenue. It runs on the Android phone the business number already rings on, so there is no new number to set up; iPhones are not supported. Pricing: $17 per month or $170 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
