Something that stands out in particular is how they are motivated by our successes on the platform and are constantly helping us push further. Ace team and ace product, definitely. Specifically, the way they’ve gone out of the way to make sure my team is fully trained and equipped with resources on using our caller data in the most intelligent way possible. There's still a learning curve, but from what we can tell it's by far the easiest learning curve you can encounter thanks to a vast library of learning materials. So I guess nothing to dislike! We’re running campaigns with more aggressive margins than ever before and it’s literally all thanks to the ability to collect and leverage caller data for insights that Ringba offers.Not only that, but we were spending too much money on tracking and too much time building new campaigns. Ringba solved that by bringing a much easier solution to the table then before. The campaigns I build require A LOT (can't stress this enough) of toll-free and local telephone numbers. Ringba made me save an insane amount of time generating new phone numbers. It sounds simple, but I used to encounter issues with phone number generation on a regular basis, but never with Ringba. I’d say that’s pretty amazing. As the title of this review suggests; generating phone numbers was once a huge pain for me. It was a source of constant stress and now, with Ringba, that stress is completely alleviated and I actually enjoy phone number generation and configuration. The Buyer experience is very streamlined as you can see all of your campaigns on one screen and then drill down when you want a closer view. Loading the TFN's into each campaign is very easy and the time it takes is decidedly quicker than our previous call tracking platform. The support team has been top notch. All questions get answered quickly. The most valuable asset to me as the VP of Sales are the quality introductions to prospective buyers. Every opportunity has been received well and the intros are not forced. It clearly shows the level of respect and appreciation Ringba's clients have for them. The entire team has been outstanding. The IVR and Call Routing functionality has drastically improved the way we handle and manage inbound calls. With our sales team setup with capping rules, our calls are routed through the entire company with ease and we can serve our customers even better. As a sales manager, listening to call recordings helps me manage my team even more effectively and focus more on our core customers.
