It is streamlined and quick to use, and my colleagues and I do not ever have any issues. **What do you dislike about RING?** It would be nice if pricing was discounted for educators or healthcare professionals. It is expensive software to utilize, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic where academia budgets are slashed. **What problems is RING solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RING to store data in public health research projects, which are always ongoing. There is never a time that I am not utilizing the cloud software. We use it for research publications and public health purposes. ### 7. It makes the process hassle free. **What do you dislike about RING?** If I had to choose something that I dislike, I would choose making it easier to pick up. Particular for new developers. **What problems is RING solving and how is that benefiting you?** A business problem I am solving with Scality is that I can use this product to easily scale our servers to even thousands if necessary. It makes it hassle free so you don't have to spend so much time on that and focus your efforts to other problems.
