Ring Leader is an AI front desk for real estate agents, teams and small brokerages. It supports missed-call, overflow and after-hours coverage based on each customer’s phone setup. It answers calls, asks useful questions, gathers caller details and takes messages when a live connection is unavailable. Routing options include a single agent, Round Robin and Ring-All. Live handoffs include private caller information and a human choice about accepting the call. Founded by Houston real estate agent and former ISA Jana Meyer, Ring Leader provides guided setup and testing before activation.
